Problematic.
Problematic.I’m not someone who usually complains online, but this whole situation stressed me out. I kept requesting withdrawals and got absolutely nowhere. It felt like shouting into a void.
A coworker told me 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋-𝐏𝐀𝐓H had helped his older brother with a similar scam, so I reached out. They handled everything and got my funds released. Honestly, I’m still surprised it worked.`

We received a call today from Jack at Global solutions, regarding telecoms quotes.
Claimed they had spoken to us earlier in the day, which they hadn't.
Very rude when asked to take us off their call list as not interested.
We have blacklisted as spam.

After all this time I finally have names, addresses so all you that got scammed retribution is going to happen. Must be a shitty life watching their back everywhere a lot of people are after these low life’s pulling the biggest scam against your grandparents.

This company made unsolicited contact with me, saying they could recover funds from a Bitcoin investment made in 2020. Nothing went well - their 'systems' do not work, and worse, they insisted I download the AnyDesk app to allow them remote access to my PC. This is a hallmark of a financial scam to steal your data. Very hard to get any refund!

They don't listen, talk over you at every given opportubity and come across as robots reading a script. Some of the worst people skills/sales tactics I've ever experienced. The staff are clearly on minimum wage and are encouraged to harrass people into submission.
I'd avoid this company like the plague.

Absolute harassment of my elderly father trying to con him into renewing insurance cover even though the number is registered with the TPS (which is a joke).
Gave me the satisfaction of calling and giving them absolute hell in retaliation. Use these calls as a way of venting!

Called me offering to help me recover £20,000 my husband lost in 2016 through a binary trading scam 12Trade based in Malta. Seems to good to be true - "Kevin" said Global Solutions did not want any upfront fee payment ( unlike other recovery companies that have been calling since 2017 ).
REALLY persistent. Called 5x today. I told him I would not continue unless he confirmed everything he said about cripto and bitcom currencies ( which is apparently where our money is now ). He could not / would not email me. Conversation over.
