I cancelled my order. They never replied to my emails and send the order anyway.
I send the package back and (thank God) I made a claim through my bank. The claim was accepted and I got my money back.
One star is too much for this company. I lost over €200 to them. They say they did send you your order but they don’t give you any information about airwaybillnumber etc. They say you have to be patient but I am waiting for my order for 2 months now. Do not buy with them! They steal your money!!!
This company is a scam, requesting you to not order from this site. All my money is wasted. The product stopped working in couple of days and they don't respond to your emails.
This company is half scam.
They use glomask as site name to trap people who wants to buy another glomask. Then they actually send the product from china and this product is not having certifications and tests for products which are sold in Europe.
They claim 30days return guarantee but I have spent last 10 days and 7 emails with their customer care and they still didn't give me information I need to send the package back. They also charged 20% "handling fee" for me return and I need to pay shipping cost to china myself. Basically they try to make it so difficult to return that the customer give up. The price is 150eur. Please just buy in bol.com and not trapped like me.
