I strongly suggest you don't do any dealings with Collections when it comes to seeking any empathy when your having financial difficulties. They seem to have anger issues sending threats etc. I am grateful to Glenside for helping me get finance, but the journey is nothing but agro when you want to seek help, They aren't lending at the moment, which in my eyes is a blessing for anyone looking for car finance.

Helpful from the start ,always keeping me updated so on the whole it's a massive positive.Thank you for all your help and I will always recommend you to family and friends.

Absolute joke of a company dont get involved with them, They messed up within the first month of the agreement then sent threatening letters about what they were going to do and charge when the fault was not our own.
They then went on to make our lives even worse when my wife was in hospital battling stage 3 cancer and one payment was missed by cancelling the agreement and making threats of repossession and use of bailiffs ect.
Daniel Maher who seems to be the main insticater in these desicions most probably gets his kicks out of these power trips and the problems he and his team cause.
There was no contact to try and find out what was the cause of the one missed payment they have been no help whatsoever. The car has been taken back and it appears they have sold it on for peanuts and now demanding an outstanding balance that is extortionate. There has been no breakdown letter sent saying what they have sold the vehicle for and other charges that been have added on just more threats of further action from some woman in the collections team.
Life is tough these people make a living out of the fact that we've had some tough breaks in our lifes thats why these parasites make a living out of people who have fallen on hard times and not only charge extortionate rates but then kick you when you are down.
Please stay away from this company make sure when you are offered a finance deal you check out the companies before you sign I know you might be on a high because youve been accepted and its got you out of a hole at the time but these companies prey on people like us so please steer clear of this company.

Couldn't recommend Glenside enough. I couldn't get credit anywhere else and these were brilliant from start to finish. Especially Andrew who kept in touch with me until I picked up my new car. The whole experience was stress free. Thank so much

Really easy and quick turn around becky was massively helpful and was able to get my car paid and released within an hour of me clearing my existing agreement great company and one very happy customer.......thankyou becky

Glenside were the only efficient and helpful company to assist me with my finance. I am so grateful for the team for assisting me in getting my car. I really lost all hope when I was approved finance from another provider and paid my deposit then they said 3 days later my finance is not approved . I would definently recommend Glenside as the finance was approved in just a day the best service I have ever received. They are a good company for people who struggle with finance approval (potentially bad credit). I would recommend going straight to Glenside they will help you and they check in with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. The service has been very proffesional and great , thank you again!
