Not to be trusted

Not to be trusted. I placed 2 orders with this company and was given a date range for delivery. After the range dates had passed i tried calling snd emailing this company several times and never got an answer.

It took me calling my credit card issuer to file a dispute fir the charge for this company to finally contact me. The fist contact was total bogus making more empty promises and requesting i remove my credit card dispute. When i refused the next contact was from someone claiming to be the company owner.
He again made a bunch of excuses stating thar my package was shipped and that i should receive it “soon”. He again requested i remove my credit card dispute.
I responded that i would only remove my credit card dispute after i receive the items i ordered and paid for.

This morning i received an email ftom this company stating that due to supply line problems they will not be able to deliver my order and will be refunding my order. So far just more empty promises since i have not received any refund whatsoever.

This company and its owner are not to be trusted.
