I was hopeful that this product would deliver but after being on tablets for 2 months pretty much no change in weight - particularly on abdomen or sleep. It is still all over the place and still experiencing hot flashes during the night. Aches and pains still remain the same. Positive - no negative side effects.

These work! I even recommended them to a friend. They made my face and neck less puffy looking. My stomach is slowly going down. I am on my second bottle and just ordered another one.
I gave them. 4 because occasionally my stomach hurts, but that could be my many food allergies instead.

Product did not work, terrible customer service
When the Over 30 Hormone Balance did not work for me AT ALL, and in fact caused a severe dermatitis lasting upwards of six weeks, I called GleefullSupps multiple times attempting to speak with someone about a refund. I never got a person on the line, just a voicemail and then an automated email response about my missed incoming call. I emailed back, asking for someone to return my calls. When that didn’t happen, I emailed to request a refund. I did get a response then, of an offer of more product for free. All I wanted was my money back, as stated in their website: full refund guaranteed with no questions asked. I declined the product and they responded that I could have a 50% refund, which I also declined. They then wrote I could get a full refund if I sent the empty bottles back. Well who keeps empty bottles?! Finally I threatened to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and they promptly notified me of a pending full refund. This was six emails later and threat of a report on their conduct. I hope this product works for you and you never want your money back because it was a ridiculously frustrating experience.
UPDATE: After submission of this review I received an email from Gleefull Supplements which was congenial and apologetic, and extolled their efforts to provide better customer service in the future. They wrote of their “swift action” to ensure their money back guarantee would be honored without expecting further offers or requirements from the customer. While I sincerely hope they intend to rectify their conduct, the conveyance read and felt like pure and simple backpedaling. I still cannot shake the feeling of the experience and am reminded of exchanges I have had with insurance companies that endlessly deny legitimate claims, seeking to wear you down until you just give up. Persistence is key in this world if you want customer service. I know everyone and every body is different and responds in various ways to herbal supplements, however that is precisely why this service is so important. If you really aren’t going to honor your guarantee with no questions asked then why offer it? I hope this has been a constructive learning exchange for this company and sincerely hope they do better for others who may have a similar experience.

Over 30 hormonal support works for me
Im 48 and in my perimenopasal stage and I've tried few different supplements from different companies and so far Over 30 hormonal support is the best for me, im on my second bottle and I love it, hot flashes were gone probably after second week after I started to take it, sleep better, no headaches, no migraines( used to have period migraines for days, so happy it's gone), no sugar cravings, less appetite in general. Can't say i lost any weight, but maybe it's just the beginning .

I thought this was a money making…
I thought this was a money making scheme like all the rest but I gave it a go and it has been my 7th day on these pills.
1. Bloating .. gone
2. Weight loss.. not only in my body bit my face has stop looking like a balloon.

I must admit I was pretty skeptical at first…
I’ve been in some pain for over a year now in my hips (Gluteal tendinopathy) that makes it hard to go from a sitting to standing position. Doctors were no help. I’ve seen some similar products online, but after reading some reviews of the other products, I decided to give Gleefull a try. I’m so glad I did. I’ve only been taking the over 30 hormone support for around a week now and have found significant improvement. I’m very excited to see how I’m going to feel as time progresses. I’m 49 and have been taking Over 30 Hormone Support for a few months now. I have to say it not only helps with preventing hot flashes, but my energy levels have greatly increased and my bloating has decreased significantly. I was experiencing horrible night sweats in mood swings. I love the natural ingredients, I scheduled an appointment with my PCP, looking for something to help me with my menopause symptoms, and showed her the bottle of this product, she read the ingredients and said to continue taking it. She appreciated the natural, clean ingredients and even said she will consider recommending this to her patients. I told her how I had been struggling with night sweats, waking up in the middle of the night, soaking wet, and how this has helped me. I also mentioned how it has also helped me feel calmer and relaxed, I usually don’t give reviews, but this time I knew I had to, because I can only imagine what women are going through during menopause, and not knowing that there is a wonderful, natural product, they can count on.
