The overall aesthetic of this site matches the quality of the clothes and it doesn't feel like a generic online store. It feels like a brand that cares about every touchpoint of the customer experience.

I am not the most patient online shopper. If I can't find what i am looking for within a couple of minutes i am gone but their website kept me around which makes the whole brand more transparent and trustworthy for me.

simple outfit but big impact.

I always nervous ordering shoes online because sizing can be so inconsistent but gleame's shoes fit exactly as expected which was such a relief.

Purchased this for my wife as she needed a outfit for a major meeting.
The blazer is of high quality and has a very sharp fit. The best part is it doesn't wrinkle even when my wife sits for hours.
She owned the room with her presentation.

I wore a Gleame dress to a family gathering recently and every single photo came out amazing. The color was rich and vibrant, not washed out even the fabric doesn't bunch or pull in pictures.

Just wanna say the website is clean..no weird popups and no confusing menus. You land on the page and you know exactly where to go so that kind of thoughtful design goes a long way in building trust with customers like me.

After searching for Silk pyjama's Gleams website came up on the google search. clicking the link it sent me to a page with the same pyjama's as on the web search. We ordered the pyjamas and when they arrived they were not made from silk.
There was nearly no labelling on the garment (probably in breach of European regs), but on a very small label there it stated it was made from polyester. I complained to Gleame and asked to return the goods. They apologised and then told me that I would have to return it at my expense. I pointed out that this was there error, not mine. They refused to offer an alternative that did not cost me money. I finally got a partial refund, not a full refund.
I will never order anything from this website again. I warn you to be careful. !!!!

Pure scammers

Defective item. No replies to emails. No return instructions. Gamed the PayPal dispute process till it timed out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I would give zero if I could.
Yes, it LOOKS slick & smart, and from Northern Europe no less (Netherlands)- but they are not.
I paid £62.91 for 2 of the same satin shirt, not knowing which would fit.
When they finally arrived (after 5 weeks), they did not look like the photo; the colour and sheen were different and the quality was poor.
Even if they were great, I knew I was always sending one back.
I was told I must pay myself to send it to China, or keep them for a pitiful refund , or a small credit note for a future purchase from Gleame (- As if).
So I have paid almost £63 for two of the same shirt that I won’t wear.
Absolutely disgusting. Very poor service.

If you see a jumper from this firm which looks really stunning on its online advert and notice it is made of pure lambswool you may decide to order it.
If you do, you will get a jumper, most likely 2 sizes smaller than you ordered, with no manufacturers name label, no size label, no indication of yarn or material and no washing instructions. Very elegant uncluttered inside seams.
You will not be bothered by moths because it assuredly will not be wool or any other natural fibre.
You will not be troubled with having to send it back for a refund because you will not be able to.

Somewhat bewildered customer.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The jumper I ordered did not look the same quality as the picture. The sizing was way out as far too big on shoulders, sleeve length in fact all over. I am not even going to try to return having read the reviews. I will write it off as a bad experience. Please beware and do not waste your money.
