I was expecting a sample pack of various sizes of bags, so I was disappointed to find that there was only one bag in the pack,folded. For this one bag I was charged £6.25, which seems very expensive. I will need to buy around 100 bags, for my archive, but I will probably buy these from another company, I don't know whether I would buy them from you. Thank you, Frances

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your sample.
Having looked at your order, it appears you selected our ‘Single Sample’ option for one of our larger glassine bags. We also offer a ‘Complete Sample Pack’, which includes a selection of different sizes and may have been more suited to what you were hoping to receive.
We offer both options so customers can either try a particular size or explore our wider range before placing an order.
I appreciate that £6.25 may seem expensive for a single bag, although this does include the sample itself, along with the preparation, packaging and tracked postage costs.

Correct postage was not paid. Sent as 'large letter' but was over the size. I had to pay £3.50.

This is such a brilliant company, I can't recommend them enough. I really wanted to leave another review after the very kind and helpful customer service I've just received. I needed my glassine bags urgently and forgot to change the delivery method at checkout.. Customer service was very helpful and solved my problem. You can always rely on fast delivery from this company (often next day with the delivery upgrade), the bags are always packed really well and I've never had a single faulty glassine bag. This company is a Goddess send if you own a small candle / wax melt company, I can't recommend them enough and I'll never buy elsewhere✨
Oh and people leaving one star reviews to a company for late delivery without even contacting the company first should be ashamed of themselves! Contact customer service if you have a problem, give them chance to rectify any problems before coming on here to complain.
