You have mentioned several times that you've been charged but without any information like the time, amount, email address, making it difficult to trace back and properly refund you.

I'm disappointed really.
Got a modded server for me and my friends that supposedly had higher specs than our old provider.
The server performed horribly and the panel disconnected many times.
Then out world got deleted.
1/5 stars wouldn't buy from again.

Best server host I've ever been with.
Really cheap, way better than big name hosts, never have had any problems with it at all, the internet speed is good on the servers, heck, I asked for a storage upgrade and they surprised me after they told me how cheap it was for 86GB extra!
They helped me with initial server setup too, even have VNC and added the upgrade I asked for within minutes.

Host is very nice and respectful, they're very cheap (at the time of writing this review they advertise that they price match/beat others.) I had an issue when I originally started with them, but the host got it resolved.
