As others have said, avoid at all costs!! The bed I ordered bore no resemblance to the one advertised, took 10 days of emails to try to get any kind of clarity. Tried to charge back to my debit card through the bank in the end but, as they had offered a ‘resolution‘ of a refund if I paid £49.99 for it to be collected then there was nothing I could do. Won’t be purchasing again and will think twice about using Wowcher in future

Brought a bed from Wowcher with a memory foam mattress, i didnt have an issue with delivery like others, as was here within two days of purchasing it, how ever when it arrived the headboard was half soaked as if it had been left out in the rain, one of the drawers on the bed didnt open more than an inch, the bed is about as flimsy as a cardboard box. The build quality will not let the base see more than a year of use. currently out of pocket of £200+ and still with no bed..... so now need to go out today and actually buy a bed thats fit for purpose.

As for contacting the company, god only knows what company it actually is as I brought it from a company i assumed was called Furniture Italia but everything leads me to glassdiningtables, yet there email is @furnitureitalia.net they seem to trade under multiple names with only GIOMANI DESIGNS LTD listed as a registerd company.

The whole set up is screaming scam at me luckily i used paypal so may be able to still get my money back in the end.

Ordered bed from wowcher with 'memory foam' mattress. Delivery van turned up; driver said, "Your order isn't in the van." Asked if he had a customer service number I could call he said no and disappeared. Spent a good few hours trying to get hold of someone. (Got hung up on and then wouldn't answer the phone.) Customer service advisor said all she can do is apologise and reschedule delivery for coming Saturday as I explained I could not afford to take another day off work. Saturday comes, get an email saying, "sorry, your order has been damaged in loading. It'll now be delivered on Tuesday". Had to take another day off work. Item came (3rd times the charm) however, this bed is a cheap bed. Yes you get what you pay for, but advertise it as a cheap bed, not as a luxury blablabla reduced. Also, this is definitely NOT a memory foam mattress. No instructions to put together. I am writing this review already feeling my back aching from lying in it for a couple of hours... now googling ACTUAL memory foam mattresses. Wish I'd just spent a bit more money in the first place but I'm not made of money and needed a new bed. Wish I'd just stuck with my old one.

False advertising. Rubbish customer service. Cheap products.

(Furniture Italia) Bought a rattan set through wowcher, delivered the wrong parts, then re-delivered the same wrong parts. The quality of the parts was awful for the price we paid (nearly £600!) and some of the parts were heavily damaged and looked like they had been stretched or burnt.
Customer services were terrible and booked in collections for refunds 2 days after requesting them without confirming times with us first, when we emailed them 3 times saying we can’t do the time they didn’t get back to us and only got back to us after the collection had been attempted saying they have 3 days to respond to our emails so it’s not their fault.
Absolutely terrible quality of product and horrific customer service.
DO NOT USE.

We have received our Armani Dining Chairs; from Glass Vault Furniture in the UK, all received in excellent condition except for one, which bares a little cut; on the lower L/H side but it's not too visible. Other than that, they were very well packed and they look very elegant and quite comfortable to sit.

If i could give this zero stars i would! I ordered a king size mattress, paid online including delivery and had to call an England call number a few days later as there were issues with booking a delivery date only to be told they wanted an extra £49.99 for delivery even though i paid the £20 delivery stated on the site. The advisor tried to hit me with the small print but i soon informed him that i had read the small print and also had it in front of me. I refused to pay more than was advertised on the site and requested a refund and on doing this he then stated he would speak to his manager about wavering the "delivery cost" (even though i paid delivery). This was then authorised and a date was set for delivery. I waited in on the date arranged only to receive a voicemail stating the driver had been in an accident and my mattress was damaged and would be replaced and delivered another week from the first date arranged. As inconvenient as this was i understood and waited another week. The second date arrived and yet again i waited in all day but to no avail! No email or courtesy call, nothing! Just another no show! I emailed them as was not prepared to waste any more money on them only to get a very blunt and uncompassionate email back stating we do not deliver to the area requested and a refund would be issued in 7-10 days. During this last 3 weeks i have had slept on the floor and suffer with back conditions as it is! Hence the ordering of a new mattress! What a waste of time and money! Disgusted isnt the word! Have to wait for the refund before i can order another! Steer clear is my advice!

Bought Divan bed advertised on wowcher as a £850 bed reduced to £299, Delivery ahead of time and no issue whatsoever. Quality of bed absolutely awful with nails sticking out behind the drawers.
tried to get it sent back and the number is automated to tell you it cannot take incoming calls, despite continually being given the number by email from their so called support team.
Still no resolution and being treated terribly.

I'd recommend you AVOID this company at all costs. Like many, we ordered some furniture through Wowcher. I know times are strange right now but it's been ages and we've had no delivery despite forking out the money. The company is next to impossible to get hold of (you just get endless ringing or an answerphone that cuts the line), and on the rare occasion you can get through they just lie to you. Apparently there have been many attempts to deliver our order, but spookily they have no data on when and what the reason for non-delivery was (plus we're in lockdown - where else would we actually be?!). So we're now stuck with nothing, chasing the money, no furniture and just AGGRO. It's cheap for a reason, folks. This just ain't the bargain you're looking for.

Ok so after ordering through wowcher I then decided to read the reviews 🙄 panic then set in after all the negative reviews. I ordered a small double bed on the 22nd June and it arrived today. I didn't get a confirmation email from the company but I paid through PayPal so their email came through. The next day I got a text to confirm which delivery day I wanted, I then got another text yesterday to confirm a time. It arrived today, yes the bed isn't the best bed in the world, but you get what you pay for, I definitely wouldn't jump on it, but for my 14 year old it's fine, everything came wrapped and it's clean and the mattress was wrapped and brand new and comfy. If I'd have paid what they were saying the original price of £600 was then yes I would be greatly disappointed and it would be getting sent back, but for £179 with a mattress I'm not going to complain.

AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. DIDNT DELIVER HEADBOARD DONT REPLY TO MESSAGES ON EBAY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND IVE SEEN THEM CALL PEOPLE LIARS WHEN THEYVE PROOF THEY ARENT. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AN DESERVE TO GO BUST

I was really nervous after reading all the reviews on furniture Italia....even more so when I read they used Premier Deliveries.....I was wrong! Ordered my bed from Wowcher, selected my date, itwas here on the day I chose. Bed is great exactly how it appeared online and really comfy. I noticed a problem with my headboard, just a mark nothing major so I emailed them, within an hour I had a reply offering a partial refund or a replacement. I was told the new headboard would be here today.....it was! Nothing but great reviews so if you are like me and are anxious after ordering reading all the negative reviews - know that I was 100% satisfied and would buy again tomorrow from furniture italia and have my product delivered by premier deliveries (they’re most likely the same company now I think about it - but I don’t care)

Refund now requested , thankfully paid through PayPal so claiming back through them
Claim no stock available and unsure on when delivery will be yet still offering the same set with next day delivery on their own website £1300 more than I paid

I ordered a sprung memory foam mattress via wowcher from this company and then after reading reviews on here immediately regretted it. I have just received my order and I am more than happy. There was an issue regarding delivery which was cleared up within a couple of days and I received a text yesterday confirming delivery today and also 20 minute notice of actual delivery. I am very pleased with overall service and will use this company again.

Absolute joke of a company. No communication, lies with regards to delivery dates, advertise and sell stock they do not have. Avoid at all costs. Email and rang for three days without anyone getting back to me with an explanation. Trading standards next as clearly selling good they do not have in stock. Acceptable if this is advertised but it's not.

Furniture Italia, dining tables.co.uk, total pile of rubbish bought of Wowcher. Bought a grey 4 draw super king bed came with headboard and mattress. The quality is rubbish I would use another word but not aloud here, it falls apart building it. I was delivered to bases that were differant sizes, one was burnt and really dirty. Took a week to get a reply, went through Wowcher they re delivered another that was poor quality, dirty and the feet just snapped and wouldn't go in, no where to join bed together so have up on that, the headboard is uneven, the mattress is cheap with buttons all over which you can feel. When delivery man came with second one he said that he had seen far worse than mine, and they charge £20 for sending it back with no packaging so he offered to wrap some round on his way. He wasent part of them and was only delivering cause he needed a job through covid. How the hell you are suppose to know if it's fualty with wrapper on I don't no. He said they make everything themselves and use anything and re send the fualty ones back out. I could tell delivery man was fed up. I Def won't be buying again, and so after lifting two beds upstairs and knackered im just going to live with my rubbish bed for a while, please don't waste your time or energy on the ridiculous scam of this.

They dont even deserve any stars i just had to put one to write a review,, never ever buy anything from them they are a disgusting company, bought a mattress through wowcher and paid delivery of 20 quid only to be told i had to pay another 59 quid delivery a total on 79 quid for a delivery for a mattress now my emails are unanswered noone ever picks up phone there is no contact just scammed out my money will be contactimg ombudsman tbey need shut down after reading these reviews god know why wowcher is selling their product tgat everyone has been scammed out of disgusting

Absolutely disgusting ordered a bed with mattress with this company through wowcher was told the day it was coming and told to stay home no delivery and customer service was not answering or cutting call looked on other review websites and everyone saying same thing don't buy from this company hopefully trading standards will shut them Down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They also trade under Giomani designs and beds.co.uk please look at their Google reviews and two other trust pilot pages. They have been scamming people for years. Please report to trading standards and the financial ombudsman. I highly recommend issuing them with a small claims court notice too. They have messed with the wrong person, I will be exposing them. They have kept my money and will not refund me despite me not receiving the item. They do not answer the phone. The 'delivery company' they use is actually just them in a van. The phone number is exactly the same and its the same guy. Please please report them and stop them from scamming more people out of their money.
