Should have definitely checked reviews prior to purchasing 90$ worth of products. Scam website. Sent me an email confirming my purchases however never sent them. I emailed them to follow up on my order, with no response. RIP $90.

Unfortunately, I’ve only just found this review page and have the same issue as a lot of other people. Ordered goods on 1 September, initial order confirmation email received but nothing since. I followed up on 17 September with no reply. I have lodged a fraud dispute with my bank. Why are people like this? Make your own money!!!!
Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. Never received my order and have tried to contact them with no luck. I don’t know if it’s possible to take legal actions? I don’t live in Australia though but I will look in to it!
Scam website. I ordered about $79 worth of products in October 2022 & I didn't receive them. I contacted customer support with the email provided on the website multiple times & got no response. The website is still operating as usual. After looking through the company's social media it seems many people have been scammed in the same way — money is taken & no products ever arrived to them. Do NOT spend your money here — you will get scammed. No mention of any of this on their website either.
I order since December 2022 , I have sent them emails, calls, and contacted them on the social media with no response from them, I notice on the social media that a lot of people are in the same situation as me and are still waiting for their orders.
