When we received the Kendal mirror the lights flashed intermittently. However using the returns service was simple and after providing a video of the fault, a replacement was sent out quickly with no fuss

Description incorrect
Unfortunately, the product description doesn’t match. The description says the bulbs are replaceable which is why we chose this product. However, the instructions say bulbs cannot be replaced. Very disappointing with such an expensive item.

When received the mirror it was damaged and only found out two weeks later when I opened the package. I contact the customer service right away which they were super helpful and guide me through for exchange. It arrived it next day. I am super happy with my new mirror and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend to those who are looking to buy professional mirror. Quality is amazing and very easy to install.

The mirror itself is stunning 😍, however I can’t manage the volume directly from the mirror and I need to use my phone to lower it as every time I turn on the mirror 🪞 it is automatically very loud 😱
