Will shop again

Excellent shop……… Bought this absolutely gorgeous shaggy knit cardigan, only to find when I’d ordered it it was out of stock, I emailed them to ask for a refund and they assured me I’d bought the last one…true to word the jacket arrived two days later, excellent service.

Absolutely awful - avoid!

Clothes arrived on time, but were poorly constructed and ran super small. Not the best quality either. For reference, I’m normally a standard size 8, and couldn’t fit into a 12! I tried to return the items using the free returns but the order number wouldn’t work and generate the free label, so I had to pay for the return myself. Other reviews say that emails go unanswered so I didn’t bother to wait for a response from the company; I’m just hoping I haven’t been completely scammed and I get my money back.

Glamorous? More like SCAMorous

Clothes in my order looked cheap and poorly made, so opted for the free return. However, the order number is invalid in RoyalMail’s system - an issue other customers appear to have encountered. Will have to pay for return postage. Non existent customer service. Disappointing experience overall.

Out of stock?

I ordered and paid for an item, a few days later I was sent a refund and no explanation. I presume it was out of stock? But a message would have been nice to explain.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Can’t use the “free returns” because it says it doesn’t recognise the order number. Sent emails - no response.
Clothes were ok. But none of them fitted me so need to send back. Going to have to pay for return if I don’t hear anything as nearing the 14days. No doubt they will refuse to refund if it goes over the time.

customs fees

I ordered recently for almost 100 euros of items.

As a customer, I don't feel informed enough that I had to pay additional customs fees. I have just paid 42 euros and I am very disappointed.
I feel wronged.

Edit : I am still waiting my order, it say that it will be retain maximum 1 week at the custom but it's already more than 2 weeks....

Buyer Beware

I recently ordered a dress and when it arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. I made numerous attempts via email to request a refund and to date no one has responded. Beware of ordering from glamourlady. I regret placing an order with them. Buyer beware.

This place is a disappointment and sells trash

I wouldn't order anything from this place. I ordered something that was not what I asked for and they will not refund me. Watch who you order from. They will rip you off. Their items are very cheap made.

Ordered twice from this company

Ordered twice from this company. The first was a beautiful 60’s style outfit that got lots of compliments and was great quality. The second was a dress in the sale which unfortunately didn’t suit me. I returned this for a refund and received the refund quickly without any problems whatsoever. Wish more company’s were this good-thank you!
