bad experience

the 2 rings I bought from them are low quality. I have a warranty for life but this is a lie . they don't answer on phone/email/sms/ and their site.

Issue with a ring

I made a purchase and missed something I wanted changed. This was on a Saturday. I got a couple texts and I told them and they reassured me it was taken care of. I really appreciated that. They were very kind.

Misleading Product Photos and Unfair Return Policy

The order arrived very late. Since the necklace was meant to be a gift, the delay made it useless, as the person it was intended for had already left the country by the time it arrived.

When I finally received the piece, it looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The quality and appearance were completely different from what was advertised.

While taking the necklace out of the box to inspect it, the seal accidentally opened and fell off. I immediately tried to place it back, but it was obvious that it had detached. The necklace was never worn, used or modified.

I requested a return immediately, but the company refused it solely because the seal had opened, despite the item being in completely unused condition.

I also cannot use it anymore as a gift, since the intended recipient already received another present and now lives far away. On top of that, the necklace itself does not resemble the product shown in the photos.

Very disappointing experience overall. I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to others.

Beautiful rings, disappointed with the "expressed" handling fee

Ordered two rings, both are beautiful, match the pictures on the website and fit perfectly.

The only downside is that I paid the extra £20 for "expressed handling" with an estimated delivery date of a week later, with 48hrs I receieved an email advising my order was delayed and the new estimated delivery date was then within the free handling period. Coming up to the 2nd delivery date another email received advising the order was further delayed and the delivery was actually past the free delivery/handling window. When tracking the progress of the order on the website it showed for several days as complete and waiting at the distribution centre which was disappointing as I had already paid extra to receive it quicker which didnt happen. No refund for the "expressed" handling/delivery fee either so be wary of opting for this.

One of the Worst Experiences I have ever had

This has to be, by a large margin, the most horrendous customer service experience I have ever had.

Now, to clarify, using their web page is fine, their customizations and options are great. But BUYER BEWARE; the delivery process is hell.

I ordered as normal and as expected, was given a delivery estimate as normal. Then there was a small delay in delivery, pushing it to 13-14.april, which was entirely okay, it was only a few days extra. But come that day..... I had not even received a delivery confirmation from shipping. I gave it a few more days, but then went to support about it, wanting an update or at least an explanation for the delay. And they gave me NOTHING. No actual explanation for the delay, no information, no actions taken. Just platitudes and promises about "escalating the case". I did give them a little more time, about a week or so, before I contacted them much more directly. At that point I was considering contacting my local consumer protection advocacy entity and the ECC, but thought I'd give them another chance. But no, nothing but more platitudes and lack of accountability. No actual facts or dates.

This is when I engaged with my local consumer protection advocacy entity, and was informed to give a clear date of action, which I then did. And well, nothing. To be clear, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM OR EVEN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. At present, I am engaged with the ECC and the Consumer Advocacy in my country to force action from them.

In summation, their business appears good, but my experience after paying for it has been nothing but horrible. Lies, lack of accountability and lack of care from every member of their customer support I have had the displeasure of talking to. So.... BUYER BEWARE.
