Broken after a few uses without fix
I bought my wife an infinity ring from "glamira.co.uk" for her 40th birthday. It was an 18 karat white gold ring with emeralds and she absolutely loved it at first. She only wore it on special occasions, probably around five times in total.
After just a couple of months, one of the emerald stones fell out. Considering the ring had barely been worn and was very expensive, this was really disappointing. I contacted customer service hoping they would help under warranty, but they refused because I had not purchased the additional extended warranty cover.
As a result, the ring has now just been sitting in a box ever since, unworn, which feels like a huge waste of money. For a luxury item at this price point, I do not think it should start falling apart after such little use.
Another issue is that the ring was shipped from Germany, and because there is no physical UK store nearby, getting support or repairs feels difficult and inconvenient. Looking back, I honestly wish I had gone with a British jewellery company instead.

Communication is great
Communication is great. Great care is given to the piece. Beautifully presented. (Unfortunately the outer presentation box was damaged on delivery) There was a slight delay to the predicted time factor for despatch but it was communicated well and I was kept informed. Totally delighted with the finished item which is a gift for a special birthday.

I ordered an item on April 28th, with a promised delivery date of May 8th-11th. The item was never even shipped. When I contacted customer service to officially cancel the order and request a refund due to breach of contract, they completely refused due to breach of contract, they completely refused to return my money and told me to just keep waiting indefinitely. I had to file a card fraud/chargeback claim through my bank (DNB) to recover my 4,000 NOK. Save your money, time, and nerves. Avoid this shop at all costs! ORDER NR: 3080365148
