Parasol was exactly as described - it’s our second purchase from this company. Delivered on time.

Product has been superb and unfortunately one of the controllers broke. I couldn't find my purchase details thru Amazon so i contacted Glamhaus direct.
They found my order via Amazon and asked me to contact them thru Amazon. I explained i couldn't see it and within minutes they said that wasn't a problem and would send me a new controller direct as it's in warranty.
This level of Customer Service is exceptional and why i wanted to share with others.

This is the 4th throw I have purchased. One for myself and the other three for family members. We all love the quality and choice of colours. Impressed with the communication from Glamhous and the delivery with the orders.

Bought an under electric blanket. Really pleased with it. Love the dual controls and timer on it. Heats the bed nice and evenly. Good customer service and quick delivery, nice warranty. Very pleased with this blanket. Thank-you to all the staff.

Replacement part came quickly.
Although fine, the heat has a maximum of 6, but the original went to 9.

Love this under blanket, super fit, great quality , heats very quickly, great range of heat settings, wonderful that you can split the position of the heat, dual settings - control is easy to work , settings are large and clear, worth every penny . Prompt service and ability to split payments is very much appreciated .
Would be appreciated as a Christmas present too .

I do have a query .. the control lasted 2yrs - will I need another one in two years time ? My sister bought the same blanket just after me and her control has failed too. Is there a more robust Iitem for this product ?

This is a nice quality electric blanket. Pros - two controllers, one for each side of the bed; proper fitted sheet design and not just a strap at each corner; easy to use controller and independent zone settings for body and feet; all night use if required; good temperature range; looks well made although not the cheapest. Cons - the junction box where the mains lead attaches to the blanket circuitry is a large plastic connection which encroaches onto the sleeping area about shoulder level and is cumbersome. I think it should have been higher up in the pillow area and less of an uncomfortable hindrance. With regard to delivery it was prompt and properly packaged. Verdict so far after 3 to 4 weeks nightly use is that everything considered I think it is a good blanket with the usual safety measures included such as thermal cutout and I would recommend it.

THIS WAS THE SECOND REPLACEMENT THAT I HAD TO BUY FOR THIS HEATING BLANKET. THIS ONE WAS FLIMSY AND CHEAP AND SHORTCIRCUITED WITHIN SECONDS!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Arrived on time and got my blanket working again. Hope it lasts longer than original !

Very poor quality for the money. I did read the reviews before the purchase and knew the control switch was low down but seriously? It almost at floor level so you really do have to get on your hands and knees to operate it. Utterly ridiculous.
It is very light and the plastic parts are cheap plastic. No castors are provided so it scrapes on the floor when you need to move it to put clothes round the back.
The heated airer it was replacing cost me approximately £40 last year but was recalled. This one was approximately £150. I expected better. DON’T waste your money.

The heated throw was a present for my elderly mother. As well as being good quality and easy to use, it keeps her toasty and she doesn't need to worry about heating costs.
