To the concern company,nxt time you…

To the concern company,nxt time you need to ask your customers first before you deduct the amount for membership.Its for the customers to decide whether to to go for membership or not.53€ And 17€ was deducted to my bank account its big money already....but anyway thank you for assisting with me and I hope you take action as soon as possible.No need to commit positive comments because I experienced very bad ,so what I want now please refund my money I don't pending me comments.

I have concern regarding purchasing…

I have concern regarding purchasing order but surprisingly i wasnt aware with another charge they took from my bank account. Good thing i was assisted and emailed back by Ms. Ashley and got good news regarding my concern. Looking forward that they could resolve my problem as soon as possible and of what they promise to me. Thank you
