Ordered a bottle of cologne on Amazon.co.uk, box arrived with some bubble wrap. Box was not well sealed, they (Glam-store.fr)use Evri. Evri delivered the empty box. If Evri's excuse was "the box was empty when it arrived at Evri", Evri should have rejected it.

They sent me a (Denial of Receipt) form to complete which I have done. I also added photos of the damaged/opened box nd sent the form back on 2 April 2026. i will update in a few days to see if they reply.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered perfume via Amazon who seem to now be using them. Incorrect product arrived and on returning it, for which I had to pay, am still waiting for a refund more than a month later. Watchout for being sent to their site via other companies such as Amazon.

Ordered perfume and box arrived Christmas Eve.
Nothing in box, empty.
Constant emails every day with no reply.
Amazon are looking in to it but might not get a refund as third party seller.
Do not buy anything from this company they are a con.

Aftershave not delivered, asked to sign a form which cannot be downloaded. They just repeat same message. So no item and they’ve kept my money.
A con artist company which you will do best to avoid

Scam!! I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and still says processing. I have emailed several times as I have since moved from that address and no reply. Still looking for my refund. Scam stay away

After 26 days my purchase is still " in transit".
Went from GB to Belgium, back to GB -again to Belgium and after 26 days - is apparently heading to Australia.
No information from this company ,no reply to emails,just a nightmare.
Looking at all reviews how Amazon can allow this horrible company sell from their platform.

I ordered 3 tubes of Hemp hand lotion. They sent me a message saying it looked like my package was lost. But didn’t do any thing else. When I asked for refund they said I had waited too long. 🤷‍♀️ not a good company, can’t believe Amazon lets them sell under their name.
