I called in to see about resizing my wedding and engagement ring and my husbands wedding ring. The lady behind the counter was lovely, she was very patient letting us try different sizes on until we were both comfy with our choices. We collected them the following week and they are amazing, the look like new!! and they fit perfectly. I cannot recommend then enough. We will definitely use them again for any jewellery needs.

l had lost one of a pair of earrings which had been a special gift several years ago. The website was clear & comprehensive so l chose what I believed was the closest match. When the earrings arrived - in less than 48 hours over a weekend! - they were absolutely spot on. I could not be happier with the superb service, it makes a delightful change nowadays to find customer care of such an excellent standard, thank you to everyone involved in my order.

Summary, exceptionally happy with our wedding rings. We would not hesitate to recommend as everyone we met at Gladstones was helpful, knowledgeable and exceptionally talented in what they specialise in!

We met the owners at Drewtons wedding fair and the down to earth combo of the husband and wife (sorry we have forgot their names) immediately put my partner and I at ease. They really know their jewellery as they make and adjust it all themselves.

I wanted a wedding ring to fit round my engagement ring. Other retailers shied away telling me a bespoke fit would be costly and they could only offer standard curve or half moon. Note to self think about the wedding ring when getting your engagement ring!
The owner was not phased at all and immediately offered a number of options and a suggestion of what would complimentary. As it would be a bespoke design I was thinking it would be costly. Again I was wrong it was on a par if not less than quotes I got elsewhere for a standard fit.

My partner also got his wedding ring from Gladstones and the lady made great suggestions based on his lifestyle to ensure it was robust and lasted.

I cannot recommend Gladstones highly enough! I had my wedding ring reworked and the diamonds from a pair of earrings incorporated into the design. The experience from start to finish was outstanding and the result far exceeded my expectations - my ring is stunning! All the staff we met were fantastic, but a special shout out to Emily and Tom. I had taken two rings in to be cleaned. I had to do a double take when I picked them up. First I thought I’d got someone else’s order. They looked brand new….fabulous.

Quick delivery could I suggest you improve your packaging as jiffy bag was damaged in transit which in turn slightly damaged the box inside
The watch itself is fine but thought you should be aware

Bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch online. The hand fell off, so they took it back, fixed it, refunded postage, sent it back to me. Unfortunately, it fell off again. They didn’t have another in stock. They took it back and refunded the watch and the postage. All done quickly and without fuss. They can’t really be held accountable for the watch quality, but they can the customer service and couldn’t fault them for that. Would recommend and buy again.

Not tried the product yet, the delivery was longer than I expected, but at least I have it now.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. We bought our wedding rings and had other jewellery alterations done here. Very knowledgeable and helpful service. Would definitely recommend because of the great service. Reasonably priced and we feel happy to support a local Hull business rather than another big high street chain. Will be going here for the rest of our jewellery in the future 😀

I had the most beautiful bridal set made. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rings were ready really quickly and look beautiful.

Popped in for a watch battery replacement and quickly done whilst I waited.
Later I realised the watch was still not working so popped back to have it checked.
Watch now working and the young lady behind the counter was exceedingly helpful, professional and had a cheerful smile. She was excellent and a real nice expereinece to be greeted by her when I entered the shop. Full credit to her and the staff.

After I received my order confirmation last week I noticed that delivery was after the date I needed the item for (birthday present) and so I called and spoke to an exceedingly helpful lady who said she will do her best to get the item to me on time, and if it was out of stock she would come back to me to let me choose something else. I received the item on Saturday, so well within time. I just wanted to highlight how helpful she was and pleasant to speak to on the phone (especially as it was first thing Monday morning!), and say thank you. What a great member of your team!

Very helpful and friendly, purchased our wedding rings and a few other items of jewellery from here since.

I approached Gladstones after meeting them at a wedding fair. They were incredibly informative and helpful, which is why I decided to get a quote from them. Out of several jewellers that I approached for a quote, Gladstones were by far the most helpful, going as far as assisting me with the design process and showing me 3D renders of the ring before I had even put any money down (other companies wouldn't show me any images until I had paid a £1,000 deposit). They were incredibly patient and insightful and ultimately created the most perfect ring for my fiancée. She is absolutely thrilled with it and can't stop showing everyone.

Even the post-sale service has been exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone (in fact, I have done already) without hesitation!
