A bit misleading. You need to have a fair bit of information, although the advert says otherwise.
Too many different people dealing with the same case.
Can't believe how the customer is hounded for payment, even before the cheque is received.

Good at chasing potential PPI claims and acting on your behalf. We didn't know we had paid PPI on some of the cards/purchases but Gladstone Brookes recovered the PPI payments + interest. Sometimes though it isn't always convenient to talk about PPI claims on the phone. Perhaps a time slot could be agreed so that it is convenient to both parties to discuss the claims.

I have found Gladstone Brookes ,and the many staff I have dealt with over the last7/8 months efficient,personable,courteous,quick to respond or inform me of changes,or needing more information.
I am completely satisfied with the service that they have given me.

Not one problem did exactly what they said they do... No constant phone calls no stupid text messages and emailed me if there was a problem to contact them. Great work Gladstone Brookes very happy dealing with you all 👍
