I’ve had eczema for as long as I can remember, but mostly on my limbs
I’ve been suffering from persistent angry eczema on my face recently for 2 years which only tames with steroid. But I’ve had some skin thinning with long term use and ive tried so many different products which all didn’t work.
Then I found glad skin and had my friend from the states buy it and mail it back to HK for me.
It tamed my eczema after a few applications and I’m so happy, I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and my eczema has been improving

Immediate improvements seen on face/body eczema
The angry eczema is already seeing improvements after the first few days of using the Micreobalance cream. I will leave another review if my initial positive experience changes. I wish other reviewers would base their reviews on the efficacy on the product, because their star rating on here is quite misleading. I do hope Gladskin would open up their shipping channels to Canada, because we are starved for eczema products that actually zero in on solving real skin issues. With the dry winters and fluctuating weather conditions up here, Gladskin could really help save some Canadians!

Hi Gladskin, You seem to get an unusually large number of negative reviews. This seems to happen a lot with breakthrough products, for various reasons. In my case the Gladskin gel has resulted in a 90% improvement in the atopic dermatitis on my hands. For me this is well worth the high cost. I wish you all the best!

This made my skin much worse. I tried it shortly after I received it and my face was very red and irritated the next day. I didn't use it for a week and then tried it again. The next morning the same thing happened. My face is much redder and irritated after using the product.

You know your skin best and if you feel the reaction may be allergy-related, we definitely recommend trusting your judgment or checking in with your doctor. That said, in some rare cases, symptoms may slightly worsen before getting better with the first few uses of Gladskin. Any discomfort should be mild and not last longer than the first ten days, and is often an indication that Gladskin is beginning to work. For optimal results, we recommend applying Gladskin to clean skin and waiting at least 5 minutes to allow the cream to sink in before applying any other products.
If continuing consistent use seems right to you, hopefully you'll be over the initial hump and on to soothed skin soon! I used their eczema cream and have been suffering from TSW. Seems to help and keep some of the bad bacteria in check. I definitely would recommend anyone suffering from eczema or TSW to try it at least once and layer another soothing cream, such as Cerave Moisturising Cream on top of it as the Gladskin cream alone can be a bit sticky and slightly irritating w/out a cream. Gladskin's customer service has always been really good and super responsive. Their shipping is also always on time and fast.

I have purchased a product on a promotional offer and did not receive the full package.
I have emailed customer services (now over a month ago). Nobody bothered to reply nor the missing item has been sent.
I think a reply with an explanation to your rather regular customer is a minimum.
This is where you can see if you are dealing with a good brand. It’s all well and lovely when you buying from them, as soon as problem arises, silence.
I will now move on from Gladskin and find an alternative.

I have moderate acne. Started using Gladskin and it worsened. Not unusual if you switch products, but that should change at some point! I used it for MONTHS and my acne became worse than it had ever been! I was horrified and after about five-six months I decided to finally give up as their products clearly only aggravated the problem. It took me another six months to get my skin back to 'just' moderate acne with the help of an actual dermatologist! I'm extremely disappointed. Horrible products! (Edit: as you can see, the reply seems like they really care. They don't. I did write an email and as of today, June 20th 2023, I never even heard back.)

To the company's reply: No one said it contains probiotics but Staphylococcus is bacteria.

Instead, we are using endolysins, a smart protein that mimics an enzyme your skin naturally produces, in order to rebalance your skin microbiome. On our ingredients list, this protein can be found under the name "sr-(methionyl Staphylo-coccus Simulans Poly-peptide-1 Dipeptide-53 Staphylo-cocus Phage 2638A Polypeptide-1)"—we call it Micreobalance® as the full name can be quite the mouthful!
That said, all products have been tested for stability and can withstand exposure to temperatures of up to 104° F for up to seven days straight.
We apologize for any confusion that our products contain any probiotics!
This cream worked for my 3-year-old…
This cream worked for my 3-year-old daughter's eczema but left her skin discolored/lighter where we applied the cream. We haven't used the cream in about 3-4 months and her skin is still discolored. I hope it's not permanently discolored due to the cream.

The rosacea cream works very good no redness and no dry skin so it is worth the money.
I allso have facewash sensitive skin and it makes my rosacea glow up like crazy not even the rosacea cream can calm it down. So stay away from facewash if you got rosacea

Using unapproved and illegal ingredients
1. Company is adverstising their product like it's an actual drug but have validated studies to back it up. None of the ingredients in their products are FDA approved to treat any of the conditions they claim to treat
2. they are not using a proper ingreidnet listing to disclose what their 'magical' ingredient micreobalance is actually comprised of. It is the law to disclose the INCI ingredient listing which they have not done.
3. They are using TROMETAMOL aka Ketorolac which a prescription only NSAID drug (and can have serious interactions) in a cosmetic product. This is illegal.
I don't understand how the folks at the FDA haven't shut these guys down.

It worked at first but now stopped working!
I left a really positive review on the glad skin website because after two weeks of using the smallest bottle so only using a tiny amount it made my skin so smooth and soft on my face which I’ve always really struggled with, with severe eczema. It was genuinely life changing. However I then bought the 100ml and I don’t know if I’ve just got a bad batch but I’ve been using it exactly the same and my skin is back to being horribly dry flaky and sore. I wish I could go back to when it was working so well!! It was a miracle cream but now it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I don’t know what has happened!!

Unfortunately, not all flares are caused by a bacterial imbalance—even flares occuring on the same person in the same areas—meaning our product will work for most of your flares, but not all.

Doesn't work at all for my dry skin and dysbalanced skin microbiome. I've been interested in testing my skin microbiome, and after having paid a lot for 16S and metagenomic sequencing, I know that I have a low diversity with S. aureus often being flagged. It doesn't appear to alter my dry, nor alter any of the S. aureus on my skin. Waste of money!

Dishonest packaging!!
I was excited to read the claims of the excema creme- but I only saw minimal improvements, more like a thick moisturizer. The other issue no one has mentioned is the packaging! The smaller container ran out quickly which seemed odd for the size of the plastic tube it's in. So when it ran out, I cut into the container to try and remove the last bit- to my shock, the entire bottom was empty and dry! which means the only part that you're buying is the very top part-which is above the gladskin lettering. 1.7 oz is not even 1/4 cup and for $35, I think it's a grave mis-representation. It 'appears' you'd get the entire tube, right?? But no, only the tippy top is filled with product. Same for larger ($55) for about 1/3 cup. Sneaky; I don't like that at all! They should have an open jar that allows you to see the amount of product and then decide if you want to pay that price.

Because our Eczema Cream is preservative-free, it is packaged in an airless pump to ensure that it lasts. While the bottle is filled to 1.7oz, a disc mechanism pushes the product up towards the nozzle with every pump so ensure that the product is not exposed to air. When the end of the bottle is reached, the disc has pushed the internal part of the bottle all the way to the top. We absolutely want you to feel comfortable with the amount you received, so we're of course happy to send a second bottle on us! If you'd simply prefer a refund, we're happy to help with this as well!

I have been using the Eczema cream for the last month on my hand a few times a day as directed with no results at all.
It helps to stop it from going dry but thats about it. It doesn't feel like it is reducing the eczema and today I finished the cream, in a month!
A little disappointed for the money, if its just hydrating I could have spent a fraction of the cost.
