Quality hardware

Bought some solid brass, spoon end window stays to finish off refurbished Edwardian windows. These were hard to find anywhere else but G Johns had exactly what I was looking for and the description was bang on for the product I received. Quality solid brass in the right style and at a great price. Easy to order on the site and arrived 3 days later. Perfect!

Super quick delivery of pocket doors

I recently had an exceptional experience with G Johns. I urgently needed pocket door mechanisms after another supplier failed to deliver according to our project plans. I contacted G Johns, and they exceeded my expectations. Despite their website stating a 2-3 day delivery window, they proactively called the factory to confirm stock availability. Impressively, the mechanisms arrived in under 36 hours from my order. Their super-quick delivery and dedication to customer service are truly commendable.

I had made a mistake in my order and contacted G Johns by phone. Georgia was very helpful and I had my replacement item the next day with a postage-paid label to return the original.
