Lost Phone
I requested a value for my phone am they sent me a valuation and a free post package box for my phone. I sent the phone off the next day and after 7 days I received an email saying they have not received my phone. I tried to contact them twice to tell them I have sent my phone and I got no response. They valued my phone about £200 so I feel like I am that much out of pocket.

Insulting offer
Sold my iphone as broken (lowest they offered) and they came back with a load of rubbish about it being more broken than they offered the amount for (it wasn’t). Wouldn’t use again

The process was very quick, the only point I would make is that the quoted price isn’t what I ended up getting, I think there should be a scale for problems with the phone to choose from to ensure that a more realistic price was given at the first part, one of the bits they advised of with an older iPhone was battery Faulty, I think this should be already noted on an older phone in the first place…
