I can experience high quality balsamic
I can experience high quality balsamic, which brings a lot of sensitivity to my cooking. I always trust the art they have created with their sloppy efforts. And I have the pleasure of introducing their sensibilities to my friends. I'll be back here to experience their other balsamic.

Dear Sanghyun,
Thank you for your kind words!
We are thrilled that our balsamic adds a special touch to your cooking. We take great pride in the 'artisanal' dedication behind our products and are honored that you share our passion with your friends.
We look forward to welcoming you at Casa Giusti

As a returning customer, I was quite surprised by the difference in packing quality between my previous purchase and this shipment.
The first shipment was extremely neat and carefully arranged.
This time the items were placed in a messy way with excessive padding and no organization.
Please check your packing process. Consistency is important, especially for premium products like yours. I hope to see the same level of care as my first order in future shipments.

Dear Mr FAN,
Thank you for reaching out to us again. We especially appreciate you, as a returning customer, taking the time to share this valuable feedback regarding the packing of your latest order.
First, please accept our sincere apologies for this shipment; we are genuinely sorry that your recent order did not reflect the high standard of neatness and careful arrangement you rightly experienced with your first purchase.
We are taking your complaint about the "messy way" and "excessive padding" very seriously and are immediately escalating this to our warehouse team. We will use your feedback as a specific example to review and tighten our current packing process to ensure that the careful, organized arrangement you loved in your first order becomes the consistent standard for all future shipments.
We truly hope this isolated issue does not diminish your satisfaction with our products, and we look forward to ensuring your next order is handled with the exceptional care you expect from us.
Warm regards,
The Giusti Ecommerce Team.

Horrible customer service service
I placed an order last week. For me, a substantial order. I was given a 10% discount.
3 days after I placed my order there was a 20% offer. I wrote to the company asking for the additional 10% and was refused.
I bought this product for gifts as I have been using it for many years. I will not buy again.
The additional 10% could have easily been deducted from my credit card. This is incredibly poor, almost insulting, customer service.

Dear Lesslie,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sincerely sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding the recent promotional offer and the resulting feeling of disappointment toward our customer service. Our primary commitment is to uphold the standard of excellence that has defined Acetaia Giusti since 1605.
We must clarify that our promotional offers are strictly valid for purchases placed during the specified time frame only and cannot be applied retroactively.
Acceding to your request would necessitate extending the same benefit to all orders received prior to the promotion's launch. This is an industry-standard policy necessary to maintain fairness and operational transparency for all our patrons. We trust you understand the business necessity of this approach.
We highly value your many years of loyalty and deeply regret that this incident has led you to reconsider future purchases. We genuinely hope you will continue to enjoy our products.
Sincerely,
The Acetaia Giusti E-commerce Team

We enjoyed the tasting and they even provided us with free product due to us having to wait a bit while they took care of another customer. It wasn't necessary but a nice touch. Everything shipped to our home was nicely packed and nothing damaged.
