1. "Fake" 5-Star Reviews
GitMind’s high score is manipulated, they bribe users with VIP access specifically in exchange for 5-star reviews. This is unethical and hides the app's serious flaws.

2. Arabic Support is a Lie
Broken Rendering: In slides (PC) & infographics (Mobile App) The Arabic characters appear disconnected and isolated (garbage text).

No RTL: Real Right-to-Left alignment does not exist.

3. Incompetent Support:
Frustrating support. They expect users to do their QA work, demanding too much info for simple fixes. The replies are robotic, unprofessional, and lack any human common sense. Total waste of time.

Verdict:
Great marketing, broken product, unethical practices. Avoid if you need genuine support or Arabic capabilities.

Shady tactic of not offering the possibility to end the subscription on their platform.
They keep taking money through auto renewals and the only way to cancel the subscription or to remove your card from their system is by contacting them by email. Just avoid companies like those.

Is really easy to use. A fantastic tool to create maps for student, private and professional use.

I’ve used too much Mindmap webapps even softwares but this is the unlimited in Freemium acceptable to test and try before upgrade Premium. Some I used as Miro, Mindmeister, xMind, Boardmix, Edrawsoft, Clickup, Simplemind, Mindmup and even to Figjam … the last one I prefer to is Boardmix, xMind then changed to Figjam because can draw how many mindmaps in one screen I want, can draw relation between map A to map B, C. Some Free package have limited the mindmaps (Miro have 3 only for free) and some limit functions (Simplemind), some have bad themes (Mindmup), some need to download (Edrawsoft), some is too lag (Boardmix). Because I work on multiple devices as Window PC Company and Home, iPad, iPhone to think about the ideas, but all of them not multi platforms. Example xMind on iPad can’t sync with my account, can but UX is too hard to understand which is Web or App or Soft. About Boardmix, I had shame when send the mindmap to my Boss due to too lag, wait too long make him waiting. xMind is best UI of Mindmap but still only 1 mindmap in 1 screen. Figjam can draw anything I want but can’t enter then type as the other Mindmap apps. Gitmind is the one I tried to search keyword “free mindmap online”, it hard to find Gitmind but when I find, I had a emotion: “Wow this one can make AI mindmap, which I didn’t try before, they can easily create mindmap as you want and just motify it.” Maybe Gitmind now still have much themes but still have better UI than others, and still do not have multi maps on 1 screen, this is not much problems which I think can add the feature. The best function is AI Mindmap which can save my tons of time to think and draw, write. I just use UI to create then fix as my mind. Best mindmap ever, I think it could be better later. Thanks for bring the best Freemium to community, I think I will upgrade to 3 years plan and hope this is my last Mindmap app, not need to find another.

It's nov 14, 2023, they said they will issue me complete refund, they have not yet given. It's been over 10 days and they said 4/5 days. Do not buy from them, you will regret. This is my genuine feedback.I had taken a VIP plan through paddle for using gitmind mind map tool. My VIP plan membership was supposed stay active for 3+3 years, that is until 2029. Now i can see myself shifted to credit system, where i am under free plan. I have been told to log in via google , which i did, yet i cannot see my plan active. after paying $79 dollars for this min mapping tool, my plan did not even work for a few months. So, the company is not professional, They charge you and agree to give you membership for a fixed number of years. Then one fine day they realise that they cannot bear the overheads and then they change your plan.
I will for sure file a lawsuit against their company. This is because an invoice is a legal agreement.

I've been using Gitmind since 2021 and have seen it evolve, use after use.

This tool has the perfect layout for serious and professional work. It's not too childish or outdated; it's a clean and aesthetically pleasing design.

GitMind is a very useful app for me. By mapping everything I can structure things in order to be more productive. It is also easy to use and has a good looking UI.

GitMind allows me to get things done more efficiently. Organizing is much better than the other apps I tried. I have my mind maps on my PC at home and on the go on my phone, without having to worry about losing files.

Although the service itself works modestly well, I was alarmed to see that there is no place in their app to cancel one's subscription. There is also no way to turn off auto-renew. When I contacted support I was told that subscription cancellations need to be done 24 hours before the existing plan expires. Trust = 0

A very practical and easy to use mind mapping tool. I often use it for my studies. It can help us generate and organize ideas. I usually use it to do my homework and take notes. It deserves the 5 star rating.

Unfortunately, got halfway through the diagrams I needed to create before seeing big problems. It's crashing constantly, have to restart in the middle and try to figure out what saved and what didn't. It's saving immediately, when I want to open a file, change something, and save it as another filename.
It also doesn't snap to, or show, gridlines properly.
Good idea but pretty painful so far.
