The website and emails always default to Dutch. Quality of items is mediocre. Cost is high and they don't factor in the cost of international order and duty so I ended up paying more for shipping than the actual product. Not a good experience.

Long Fit shirts are not long! , but ...
The Bangkok XL Long Fit shirts are by far not long.
Being a man of almost 2 meter I decided to finally buy some long T-shirts. The yesterday ordered shirts arrived today which is fast. Upon having decided to check one pack I immediately had doubts. My very old T-shirts from Fruit of the Loom seemed as long as these shirts and the measuring-tape proved only a slight difference. My old shirts measured 75 centimeter and the new XL-Long Fit measured a disappointing 78 centimeters. On their site a whopping 81 centimeters is promised though. I didn't check the other shirts in the package and have send all the shirts back.
Changing the negative review into a positive as company contacted me and did the right thing.
Got apologies and a discount for next order. Tried the longest shirt and they are absolutely fine.

The website is misleading about the…
The website is misleading about the return. The website claims to have free returns in most EU countries and that's not the case. If you are paying 25 euro per T-shirt, I am expecting to get better customer service. There are many other websites selling t-shirts and I will not buy at Girav again.

We live in Portugal and we ordered a few times some clothes. Always very quick and cheap delivery. Good return service and good quality clothes. Highly recommended!

Excellent products, for a 205 cm tall guy there is no better store. The products are on the more expensive side but totally worth the price. Customer service is very friendly.
