What disgusting behavior from “customer…

What disgusting behavior from “customer service.”

We have repeatedly bought Rana products, which are priced at a very high level, and once again we had a complaint.

This time, we actually reported it to the company for the first time, and they promptly sent us three vouchers. We thought: wow, nice gesture.

But when we tried to redeem the vouchers, we got a big surprise: Rana had sent us invalid and expired vouchers. And the absolute cheek of it: after contacting them and asking about it, we received absolutely NOTHING. Complete customer ghosting.

Absolutely unbelievable. I will never spend another cent on these products again.

Terrible website

Terrible website. I haven't tried the product yet - package states to go to website for alternative cooking methods - other than using the microwave. It was useless to find any cooking info AT ALL!
Hope the product is good......
