The Best Skincare and Customer Service!

I’ve been using the Gin Amber Beauty 0.5 mm dermaroller, and it’s amazing. My dark spots are fading, my fine lines are softer, and my skin looks smoother and glowing. For scars and stretch marks on my body, the 1.0 mm dermaroller has made a real difference—they’re much less noticeable now.

I love the foam cleanser for cleaning the dermaroller before and after use. It’s gentle, effective, and doesn’t dry out my skin. The hyaluronic acid serum and peptide serum are the perfect pair for hydration and firming; my skin feels soft, plump, and healthy.

What really stands out is their amazing customer service. They respond quickly on social media with tailored advice, which makes me feel so appreciated.

If you’re looking for quality skincare tools and excellent service, I highly recommend Gin Amber Beauty!

Hydro Mask Quality

I ordered the Hydro Mask from Gin amber website. I use masks at least 3 times a week so I know how to put them on. These masks are difficult to put on. The quality of the material is the worst. They fall apart easily. Most masks you can use at least twice but this one is impossible because the material is so cheap and falls apart. The ingrediants are the same as most masks. I am not impressed and most likely will not order again.

Great service; quality products

I have ordered from Gin Amber a number of times over the past several years and have always received the correct order. One time I had my order shipped to where I live in Europe, and the only annoying thing was the taxes that had to be paid on it; otherwise, I always have my orders shipped to my mom's house in the U.S. and my dad brings them to me when he comes to Europe on his yearly visits. I love the derma rollers from this brand; I used to use the Vit. C serum, but have switched to a different product after the price increased by almost double during the Covid pandemic.

Superior rollers

I started with GloPro micro needles but find these to be superior (I have bought several - 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mm). I love the customization of the needle lengths. I've bought some various derma rollers on Amazon and was disappointed. The GinAmber products are amazing. I'm a huge believer in micro needling and love the YouTube and Instagram tutorials.

i like the serums and creams to…

i like the serums and creams to dermarol with but I do not use it long enough yet to see results. I started to use the hair serum as well today. Looking forward to see all the results.

I love the service. Gin is answering all my questions within 24h.

I successfully used the .25 roller for…

I successfully used the .25 roller for several weeks and at the prescribed time moved up to the .5. It caused damage and a rash on my face. I went to the dermatologist who told me to stop immediately and I was given prescriptions to help. I reached out to Gin Amber customer service with the info and requesting a refund. Since she was out of their return window they would not refund…even though I had to pay for a doctor’s visit and 2 prescriptions. Horrible customer service and according to my doctor, an unsafe product. Do not buy.

LOVE these products and their service!

I LOVE these products and their communication, customer focused service. Pigmentation has been a problem for me for years and I’m finally seeing real improvements! Nothing else has worked. Plus looking younger without Botox! Thrilled!! I trust this woman with my health and beauty! Anyone frustrated with delivery times or whatever — be patient. Order ahead of running out. This brand is so good and delivers on results, they are bound to experience growing pains now and again. Be gracious. They work hard over there and really care!!! It’s been 3 months and I’m now a Client for life!

Didn't receive my item

I did an order on December 21 , I didn't get a confirmation email for placing the order , the status was processing for a week , they changed it after a week to fulfilled, and I didn't get an email says that they shipped it and the status doesn't show option to track the order , now its January 5 , I still didn't receive it and I can't track it .

Purchased in November--never shipped

Purchased in November--never shipped. Asked for update x 3 via email, no response. Opened a Paypal case, Gin Amber waited until last day of response and then issued a tracking #----that showed they had just printed a label and USPS was waiting for the item. Still on that status, on hold with Paypal right now trying to get a damn refund. They never responded to any questions or emails in case. They're essentially thieves.

Do not trust the positive reviews, they're paid for. They're a horrible company.

Amazing and beautiful at it's very best

Gin Amber and her team are really good at responding to you when you try to get in touch with them! I'm seeing reviews in here and can't believe what I'm seeing! I've been a customer for 5 years and never had any problems like I'm seeing ppl say in here! Gin will respond herself to you if you need her or have any issues whatsoever!! She has always responding and even gave phone numbers while she was away so I could speak to her! Everything she sells is always sterile and comes wrapped in sterile packaging so nothing can get on the dermarollers period!! She gives way more then what you pay for and if you message her about an order she responds on the same day! She's never charged anything extra for delivering packages! I love her products and share Ginamber.com everywhere to everyone cause she's that good and she truly cares about you all! Don't believe what others say unless you've experienced it yourself! I'm still a customer and I literally just got in touch with Gin Amber about my packages and she responded same hour and explained why it hasn't shipped and I trust her because of who she's always been! I can't believe ppl are saying what they're saying here and I had to write my own review because this is not Gin Amber's character at all nor is it the ladies who work for her! Was ordering Gin Amber since 2018 but last month they lost me as a customer

I've been ordering from Gin Amber since 2018 and been signed up since 2019 for subscription boxes. Everything was fine until last month. I received a knock on my door and it was UPS with my Oct SUBSCRIPTION. The delivery guy said I owe $40 before he can had me my subscription, I refused it. The products are worth about $80 Canadian and then you already Pay Gin Amber for shipping. So they wanted 50% of the cost of a product that I already paid shipping for? Right on Gin Amber's website it says they use USPS/ Canada post and since 2018 that's exactly how all my pkgs came with zero problems. The customer service is some of the worst out there . I filled out the contact us platform on Monday Oct 23 informing them of everything( they only showed up with the pkg that day) by Thursday Oct 26 no one had responded. I then sent a long email with print screens showing them they use USPS so who the hell decided to use UPS. I also wanted my email changed because despite me emailing them about this before and them telling me I can do it myself l don't see where to change it. I sent print screens of this as well. In my emails I've given them my old email and order numbers with my name and the new email I want added. I also gave them 2 options either reimburse me for Oct or send another box the right way. This is my responses so far
What was your old email address associated with the account so we may look you up??? Are you kidding me!!! Read the email I sent, and you wouldn't ask that. They didn't mention who was the idiot that decided to use UPS or reimbursement/ another subscription box. In every communication I sent I've said there customer service is awful. I get another email today that just said sorry for the inconvenience we'll make note not to send your products with ups??! Nothing about having changed my email or reimbursement. I responded back to them earlier today and repeated all my questions and asked for the next response to answer all my questions in one email. What I'm really pissed about is them deciding to use UPS and seeing a COD slip on the top and ups requesting $40. I paid for this subscription, it came out of my credit card and I already paid $15(US) for shipping so actually my shipping fees for $80 in product is around $60. Hell no. I can def speak for Canadian customers I would not order from Gin Amber. Apparently Youll have no idea who they're going to use to send your products, they don't inform customers ahead of time but you pay them shipping fees and pay the shipping company their broker fees, handling fees, taxes etc . I wasn't informed ahead of time that this is how they'll send or I would have cancelled right away. Youll will be dealing with the same crappy customer service with no real answers and no mention of reimbursement even though you keep asking. Do yourself a favour and skip this company and thr headaches with them.

At the time, USPS had paused shipments to Canada due to a strike, so we had to use UPS as a temporary solution. We understand how upsetting the unexpected fees were, though these potential customs charges are outlined in our shipping policy, which is clearly stated on our website.

As for the delay with the customer service replies and any confusion caused, I truly apologize. Rest assured, we have a new team and have made improvements to ensure clearer, faster communication moving forward. ❤️

so far i am amazed

so far i am amazed! the .25 dermaroller is already showing incredible results! my pores are smaller, my skin smoother, firmer, and more glowy, and i’m seeing slight improvement with fine lines! (i’ve only used it twice so i am thrilled for the long term results)

Defective product

I had to return my dermaroller because I noticed a white substance in the needles.
They refunded me for the product only after frequently asking to start a refund via email.
Second item new and had the same white substance in the needle. I sent them an email and it’s almost a week and no response. They have poor customer service and I’m not sure if the item is safe to use.
