I found my experience with Gillette to be mixed. While their products are generally good, navigating their website is overly complex, especially for subscriptions. I like the gel for an underarm deodorant so I tried Gillette clear shield. The mechanism wouldn't push the deodorant up to use so I thought maybe it was just that one that was defective. Later on bought another one and same thing. Ended up squishing the container to get it out. Why would I complain about that? Because as a brand name and the price associated with brand names I expect quality. I'm not seeing that anymore so stopped buying the product. Went to Dollarama and bought a similar product at half the price and it worked perfectly so I just go there now.

Confusing Webpage regarding "Starter Kit Abo"
First of all: WHY must I rate in english language? Bull... - I ordered on a german webpage!
Second: Your Webpage is MORE THEN CONFUSING regarding recuring orders ("Rasierklingen-Abo").
You can switch between "Rasierklingen Abo" and "Starter Paket Abo" BUT when choosing "Starter Paket Abo" there is no "Order"-Button ("Bestellen").
After ordering a "Rasierklingen Abo" looking at the Account Profile NO Abo is shown.
All in All - Your Webpage is MORE then confusing and ABSOLUTE NOT CLEAR / INTUITIVE regarding recuring orders ("Abo")

After i bought the product, Gilette needed 2 weeks to wrote me, the product isnt in the warehouse. and the couldnt give me a simular product.
I waited for a longe time for nothing.

It seems very easy to navigate and purchase and get confirmation however it is ridiculous after all you get email that order not processed because of error on processing payment!!! Credit card processing in just a matter of few seconds now it is 2022 not 1992 how could you get confirmation then not?
