I found my experience with Gillette to…

I found my experience with Gillette to be mixed. While their products are generally good, navigating their website is overly complex, especially for subscriptions. Issues like missing order buttons and confusing filters made shopping frustrating. Additionally, I faced problems with payment processing and didn't receive promised discounts. Customer service could improve.

Gillette is the best

I’ve tried all so called copy cat, they are a waste of time and money, the first use use like using a Gillette after 10 days use blunt as anything

I like the gel for an underarm…

I like the gel for an underarm deodorant so I tried Gillette clear shield. The mechanism wouldn't push the deodorant up to use so I thought maybe it was just that one that was defective. Later on bought another one and same thing. Ended up squishing the container to get it out. Why would I complain about that? Because as a brand name and the price associated with brand names I expect quality. I'm not seeing that anymore so stopped buying the product. Went to Dollarama and bought a similar product at half the price and it worked perfectly so I just go there now.

I recently purchased a Gillette Lab Kit and was disappointed to find that the razor included was damaged. I reached out to the retailer where I bought the product, but they informed me that I would need to contact Gillette directly for a replacement.

As a loyal customer, I am requesting a replacement razor for the defective one in my kit. I trust that Gillette stands behind its products and will resolve this issue promptly.

Confusing Webpage regarding "Starter Kit Abo"

First of all: WHY must I rate in english language? Bull... - I ordered on a german webpage!

Second: Your Webpage is MORE THEN CONFUSING regarding recuring orders ("Rasierklingen-Abo").

You can switch between "Rasierklingen Abo" and "Starter Paket Abo" BUT when choosing "Starter Paket Abo" there is no "Order"-Button ("Bestellen").

After ordering a "Rasierklingen Abo" looking at the Account Profile NO Abo is shown.

All in All - Your Webpage is MORE then confusing and ABSOLUTE NOT CLEAR / INTUITIVE regarding recuring orders ("Abo")

Apple Pay acceptance is a benefit - great!
But it is still necessary to generate a customer account - this is not required anymore on many other websites, quite outdated.

Confusing structure ... new customers get lost

The structure of the website is relatively confusing.
Why are specific products (Gilette Labs) not in the shop?
Filtering in the shop is confusing, where can I finde Proglide Razors ... not under Proglide??
Why are "Power" products not available as a subscription?
What makes the products different, what is best for me?
There is no way to compare products?
I didn't get the promised 10% discount on the first order!

I have been familiar with Gillette products for many years. I can say that as soon as I reached the age to shave my beard, I have always been happy with Gillette products

After i bought the product

After i bought the product, Gilette needed 2 weeks to wrote me, the product isnt in the warehouse. and the couldnt give me a simular product.
I waited for a longe time for nothing.

Come back to e-commerce when you are ready stop embarrassing yourselves

It seems very easy to navigate and purchase and get confirmation however it is ridiculous after all you get email that order not processed because of error on processing payment!!! Credit card processing in just a matter of few seconds now it is 2022 not 1992 how could you get confirmation then not?

online shop okay, using Apple Pay optimisable

Handling of the online shop was okay, but process with Apple Pay is not so userfriendly like it has to be. Why I have to answer so many questions about name, address and so on, although Apple Pay include all data?
