I ordered the pink luxe bag for myself even though I am having a boy. Its so pretty and soft. Lots of room for all things baby, mom and even his paw sisters treats. I love it 💗

Great looking bag , with lots of compartments, just what I wanted and expected. However I’m a bit disappointed that the popper clasp at the top of the bag to keep the handles together doesn’t work , it won’t clasp together. Think this could affect attaching to the pram which would be really inconvenient. Not ideal considering the price of the bag.

Beautiful changing bag ! Excellent delivery and service

The bag is beautiful but honestly, it absolutely STINKS!! It will need to be aired out for ages before I can actually use it for anything. Makes me want to gag as it stinks of rotten fish - I’m assuming it’s the vegan leather that is being used. As long as the smell goes itll be a well loved bag!

I got told when I had ordered, it would be on pre order until May. I had received it within 2 weeks of ordering which I was super impressed with.

The packaging of the bag was lovely, it came in a branded dust bag and the changing bag itself is made of the best material, super Insulated inside and nice and spacious. I can't wait to use it with the little one when he's here!

This was my second occasion ordering from Gigil. I believed I was dealing with a reputable company as I had no problems with the changing bag I had for my son. I ordered on 15/03/2022, it was delivered on 19/03/2022. My daughter wasn’t born until 27/04/2022 therefore the bag hasn’t been in use for a full year but is falling apart.

The straps are always coming undone, the stitching is threading and the insulated pockets have tore. Not only that but the insulated pockets are 2 different sizes and you could only fit one bottle in.

I got in touch with the team on Instagram sending photos of the issue. I didn’t even get an apology but I was swiftly told that as I was outside the guarantee I didn’t qualify for a replacement. All be it a couple of days outside the guarantee, these issues did not happen within the last couple of days. The pockets have been an issue since purchased as well as the straps coming undone.

As my daughter will soon be turning a year old, I’ll no longer have use for the bag. My intention of getting in touch was to let them know of the poor quality of the bag but to not even receive an apology is very unsatisfactory customer service.

From checking the website, I see that the Bounty bags are on pre-order. If you’re looking for a good quality bag that’s going to last, I wouldn’t recommend paying for one.

Gigil was amazing! The bag is great, with many compartments and extras! My bag strap did start to rip and Gigil was prompt in responding to my request. They immediately sent me a new bag! Fantastic customer service

I had my Gigil bounty changing bag for 4 months and the stitching came away ever so slightly, I contacted Gigil and they sent me a free shipping label to return the bag and they sent me a brand new one!! What more could you want. Amazing customer service.
The bounty changing bag is fantastic and spacious with plenty of pockets to fit in everything you need for a baby. I’m always recommending them to other mums/new mums and I’ve even had mums stop me when out and about to ask about my bag!

Great product, great quality. Very excited to use my peddle grey bounty bag. It is bigger than I thought. Definitely enough room for 2 under 3 😄💗

Easy to order and delivery was quick- tracking was slightly harder to track you just had to go back to site - but quality and look of bag was great - it had everything my daughter wanted all packed now and waiting for our prince to arrive

Love my shopping experience with Gigil! I left it to the last minute to pick a changing bag and ended up ordering just before Christmas, so was a bit worried I wouldn't receive before my baby arrived. Well, baby still isn't here and the bag arrived just over a week after ordering, I'm very impressed! Gigil customer service were super friendly when I contacted them too. Really pleased with the quality and design of the bag too, I bought the Bloom backpack and have filled it full to bursting for baby's hospital bag. Definitely recommend Gigil to anyone else considering buying a faux leather backpack :)
