Absolutely terrible company. I ordered tyres 3 days ago and they havnt even completed the order. Still awaiting a delivery date . None of the phone numbers online will connect and the email is just ignored. What they advertise as 2-4 working days is more likely going to be 2 weeks. No customer care only a ridiculous ai chat bot that can't answer my questions
Their phone number is not in use. They don't answer any emails. Despite cancelling my order twice on their website and the confirmation of my cancelling, they informed me about sending my order. I am afraid if I send it back (if they post it at all...), I would never see my money again.
I ordered 4 tyres and never received them. First of all, that's not an Irish company, their office is in Germany. The tracking numbers they gave me never worked.
