I ordered two cards but only one was delivered.
I ordered two cards. One was delivered successfully but the other wasn’t. When I sign on to your site and enter the order number, it says it is not found. I am now out $50. It is frustrating that I can’t speak to someone to get this rectified. I may have entered the wrong phone number for delivery. I can be reached at 217-260-8915. I just wanted a gift card
I just wanted a gift card. I don't want to go through complicated actions tying it to a credit card. The fact that you are making someone who was gifted something go through all these hoops, or pay a fee to transfer money out is ridiculous. Being able to swap card type does not provide enough of a benefit to use your service over the activation inconvenience

I sent a $30 Playstation gift card to my nephew for his birthday, but when his mom tried to download she was told she had to transfer it to a Visa or another card, but she wasn't able to do so and chose another option and was basically charged around $5 for the transaction. So my nephew did not receive the full amount that I intended. She asked me to never use GiftYa again.
