I placed an order recently for three items. Two of the three arrived promptly but nothing came in the delivery to explain that the third item was unavailable. I sent an email but it took a few days before I got a reply. The third item was no longer available. The delay in explaining this to me was the reason for not giving five stars. Otherwise I was very happy with Gift Works Store.

Poor quality and no way to get in contact
Ordered 2 lovely bedside tables in different colours. One looks OK (not exactly super quality for the price but ok and was happy to pay due to the perfect colour fit). The other one came with lots of flaws, paint work not done properly, little holes everywhere, wood not joined correctly etc. I'm now day 4 of trying to get through to anyone, been calling non stop, left voicemail, sent email, no reply, nothing.
