The company was concerned about my order, as I had requested to receive by a certain date. I was given extra care when it seemed impossible to meet the deadline I had requested. They went the extra mile to get it done for me, which strengthened my trust for this company online.

Do NOT order from this company! I got my package and even though I ordered a Washington Capitals advent calendar and they sent me a Colorado Avalanche. I reached out to customer service to sena this back and they informed me the warehouse said they didnt have any Capitals ones so instead of canceling they iust sent me a random one. Thats not OK. Then I said I will send this back and thev can refund. To which they also refused because they saio they can't afford it. They are scammed anc thieves and now I have to report it with my bank and file a fraud report. I will get my money back but its ridiculous to make someone go through this especially at Christmas time. I guess to also be petty I will send this the team lawyers anyway simce this is not licensed merchandise and they are profiting off of counterfeiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
They emailed after this review and said they would refund if I removed it. No refund was received so I put it back.

I was sent a different advent calendar than I ordered, however the company was quick to send a refund.

The product was cheap. Don’t waste your money. After some back and forth I finally got a full refund. They kept trying to only give me a partial refund.

As of today Nov 25,2025 I have not received any update on shipping or delivery. My name is Linda Wolford 105 Four Seasons Drive. Cox’s Creek,Ky. 40013. Please help me find out about my order. My attorney will file a suit as Giftsur.com if I don’t hear from this company by Nov 30,2025.
