Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with, as an elderly lady, I had some issues with placing my order online but Steve was there to assist. Made the whole process stress free and my gift arrived exactly when I was told it would. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend. Five stars 🌟 from me

Fantastic Customer Service, Definitely use again.

I wasn’t sure if the recipient of my gift was working from home or in the office….i was contacted by a Yvonne in Giftsinternational to see if I needed help, as I hadn’t completed my order; she gave me the various options open to me and was just extremely helpful. The gift was delivered within the timeframe stated and I am delighted.

Best customer service!

I made an order, and requested and paid for, a delivery on a particular day. No hassle with the order - that was despatched as normal, in very good time and went to the delivery carriers.
Unfortunately, the carriers let the company down. Through their own fault, my order was not delivered on the requested day. Not only did they not deliver it that day, they didn’t deliver it the next day either! Was not until the following day, that my order was finally delivered. Shocking excuses they gave, as well!

Of course, I contacted Gifts International and made a complaint. I was a bit rude at first, but the company was absolutely Professional, and handled my complaint with attention and care. Not only did they refund the extra delivery fee, they refunded the whole flipping order. I could not have asked for more, and even though l was rude to them, they were very civil to me.

I had to apologise, didn’t I. They were so nice.

I absolutely would recommend Gifts International and will certainly buy from them again. I wouldn’t recommend the carriers, but that was not the fault of gifts International. Buy with confidence and assured, brilliant customer service!

ordered other goods from different…

ordered other goods from different suppliers in UK at same time all delivered days before yours using DPD was a crap setvice

Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. I’ve looked into the details of your order, and I can confirm that it was placed on the 2nd with a requested delivery date of the 7th. The delivery was successfully completed on that date the 7th.

We always ensure that orders are processed according to the delivery date selected at checkout, and we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure everything arrives as expected. In this case, both we and the delivery company have followed the schedule exactly as requested.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Gift was to be delivered last Friday for an 80th birthday party the following day
So called local delivery driver couldn't find the address and didn't bother to phone the recipient for directions. Delivery was finally made today (Monday)...72 hours late. No customer recovery efforts made.

Dear Client,

Thank you for your valued review and our sincerest apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

To confirm your preferred delivery date on your order was Friday 3rd January and your gift was shipped from us on Thursday 2nd on a next working day delivery service with our courier DPD.

We can see from the tracking data that an attempt to locate the delivery address was made on 3rd January at 15:14pm and was noted on the tracking information. Also, looking, at the co-ordinates, they show the driver as 0.5 miles away from the correct address, unfortunately, due to not being able to locate the address, your gift was returned to the delivering depot at 16:09pm that day.

On Saturday 4th January at 08:32am notes were received providing instructions of how to locate the address, these notes were added and the next available delivery date was Monday 6th when a successful delivery was made at 12:43.

Unfortunately the couriers are not always able to ring the delivery point which I am sure you can appreciate however we fully appreciate your frustration and our staff are always here to help. The carriage charge has already been refunded back to your card used on the original transaction as way of an apology for the delivery delay which was unfortunately outside our control.

Once again our sincerest apologies.
