On Oct 18, I ordered a hoodie and it was sent to us on Oct 19. Fast service from gift shop.
Contacted gift shop a couple of times to see what the postal situation was in Britain. Got a speedy response from gift shop each time and on last occasion, even went step further to check to see where parcel was. At this time 2 strikes were involved with Royal Mail. Parcel reached us today Nov 3 …..extremely satisfied with excellent service.

Not just for the every day face to face customer service in the shop but when a recent purchase resulted in too few ‘gift boxes’ in which to package the items, staff arranged for the additional boxes to be posted to me.
