The hamper was a lovely gift of sweet and savoury goods and was beautifully packaged. However it took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered to my sister in the Netherlands.

When purchasing a gift basket
When purchasing a gift basket, I selected a delivery date. Everything seemed ok when I purchased. At no time did it say the delivery date could not be fulfilled. In reality the basket is being delivered a week late. In this case, the recipient will not be able to receive it as they are travelling through Ireland and will no longer be in Dublin (it was meant to be delivered to their hotel). Customer support keeps ignoring the issue, simply telling me that it will be delivered on such and such date, and here’s the tracking number. I reached out when it was clear they’d miss the delivery date, before it was dispatched, asking to cancel and for a refund. They never acknowledged the request.
