DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a birthday hamper for my son — his first birthday since leaving home and moving abroad — and was assured it would arrive within five days. I placed the order on 21st March so it would reach him by his birthday on the 26th.
Today is 8th April, and he still hasn’t received anything. Yes, I’ve been refunded, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my son ended up with no birthday gift from me. The money was never the point; I just wanted him to feel thought of and treated on his special day. Instead, he got nothing.
The company has now stopped replying to my emails, and I’m left feeling upset and let down. I wish I’d gone with someone else. Please be careful — you may end up disappointed too.

We are very sorry that this experience has been disappointing, especially given how important this occasion was for you. A first birthday spent apart is a meaningful moment, and we completely understand how much this gift meant.
From the outset, your order was prepared and dispatched in line with the agreed delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the delay occurred with the courier, DPD, who experienced ongoing difficulties completing the delivery despite multiple attempts and additional address guidance being provided.
As soon as this became apparent, we prioritised the matter, working closely with the courier and keeping you updated throughout. When it became clear that the delivery would not meet the intended timing, we issued a full refund immediately in order to resolve the situation as fairly as possible.
We are sorry if it felt that communication had stopped. We did send a full response on 2nd April and, as we did not receive a reply and the refund had already been processed in line with your request, we understood the matter to be resolved at that stage.
While we take great care in selecting trusted delivery partners, situations like this, although rare, can occasionally arise outside of our direct control.
That said, we are truly sorry that this impacted such a special moment. We do take your feedback seriously and will continue to review our processes to ensure we deliver the level of service our customers expect.

The hamper was wonderful! A present for my daughter and husband. They loved it. The only reason for 4 stars was that it took so long for delivery....I wish they given a time line for delivery.

Great to order internationally
It is not easy to find a service that is local to the receiver that I can also order from the US. Also, the customer service is great. The receiver reached out to them, to make sure she was at home on delivery, and it was very easy to coordinate. I'm keeping this service on my files, for next year!
