We did a gift card sale for our business in November 2025 and have yet to receive our payout. Over $9k in gift card sales. I have an attorney I am working with, but this company is a scam and a disgrace. Do not use them.

This company has stolen $250 from my client. They never paid out the full amount collected from gift certificate sales. We emailed with them repeatedly, to no avail, and finally they stopped responding entirely.
Giftfly.ca (Canada) and their owner, Ackroo, seems fine. They responded to all our messages but couldn't help, as it is a completely separate business entity.
As for giftfly.com, the US one, DO NOT USE! They will keep some of your money.

Do not use Giftfly or Ackroo
Do not use Giftfly or Ackroo. Since the company was bought out by Ackroo, we have so many issues. Sometimes the system works and other times it doesn’t. You are unable to sell the cards, redeem card or check the balance. Although we are autopay, it does not process payment. This caused the system to be inactive due to non payment. When we tried to call to correct any issues, no one ever answers the phone. They asked you to email but no one follows up until after a couple of days. I mean this is urgent when customers need to use the gift cards and the system is not working. So FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
