Very disappointed that my parcel did…
Very disappointed that my parcel did not arrive on Saturday as ordered. The gift was meant to be presented on Sunday but the delivery did not come till Monday.
I showed that it was collected on Friday afternoon but it did not get delivered until
Monday!

Your gift was collected by the courier from us on Friday and delivered on Monday. As standard delivery was selected, unfortunately we were not aware that the gift was required for Saturday.
We completely understand that delivery timing is important when sending a gift, and we’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding around the delivery service selected. For future orders, if a specific delivery day is required, we recommend selecting our Saturday delivery option where available, or contacting us so we can assist with the best delivery option.

Great Choices
Loved the choices of the gift boxes. I chose a box for a veterinarian team, which they said they were thrilled to receive a gift of goodies they could all share.
I did have a bit of a problem with the payment and shipping process, but it may have been a PayPal issue.
I would recommend Giftbox Boutique and will use again.
