It is a thoughtful item and my wife loves it.

Surfing the web I discovered this company and found a wonderful mug for my son. He and his wife have two wonderful children. This was the perfect gift for him on father's day because he and his wife have raised two awesome children who are caring people. It was a perfect way to compliment him on the job he's done. He appreciated it. The mug is well made and the printing and words are exactly what I'd hoped for.

This must be a scam!! I ordered 3 Fathers Day mugs and have yet to receive them. Every time I check on the delivery status a different date is posted.
Do not buy from these people!!!

Great product, very soft and cozy. My son LOVES the logo and wears the hoodie often. It arrived sooner than I expected. I'll be ordering more in the future!

This company took money out of my account never sent me a confirmation email about my order i sent 3 emails and called over 40 times and i have never gotten an answer or my order never order from this company

I have been waiting for the 3 Coffee mugs I ordered on June 6 , 2023. I have sent emails to the company and have heard nothing back from them. It's June 15, 2023 and still nothing.

No customer service number, the web address they gave me for claims does not work...they gave me the wrong color mug and can not see the lettering...apparently others have had the same experience.....

I ordered a mug more than 3 weeks ago, expecting to receive for Valentines with no success. I have emailed them twice with no reply and now received an email from them saying item has been delivered when it hasn’t! Could you please reply to my emails?

I placed an order with this company for 2 custom mugs at a cost of $66.68 including shipping to Mexico. Product has not been received yet they sent and email saying congratulations your order has been delivered. I have sent 2 emails to them and they have not responded to either. The building I live in has a 24 hour reception desk and I receive packages almost daily with no problem. I want my mugs or a refund. Not responding to emails is unacceptable

After a few hiccups with comms, the order was delivered to the UK in less time that expected so very happy.
