Natalie JEVONS-FELLOWS she was running…

Natalie JEVONS-FELLOWS she was running Gibson Gammon estate agents at 17 South Lane,Clanfield,Waterlooville, PO8 0RB.

That company was dissolved.
She kept using the company name and has been renting out properties to keep the rental income for herself and NOT pass the rent on to the owners of the properties.

I am owed thousands in lost rent as she told me the tenant stopped paying.
I've recently managed to speak to the tenant who was transferring her the rent every month until they asked for proof of her passing the rent on to me. She lied to the tenant about me not wanting the them to know my contact details they rightly stopped transferring the rent to her anticipating me contacting them.
Natalie tried to evict the tenant but as she never put the holding deposit into a trust she was unable to do so.
(All of this was without my knowledge).
Natalie then disappeared. I expect she is still doing the same to others.

What am I supposed to do with the tenant now?

Natalie has been doing this for years and clearly keeps getting away with it. HELP!

Update, Just noticed why Gibson Gammon at 17 South Lane,Clanfield,Waterlooville, PO8 0RB seems to be shut....

Natalie has started her next venture/fraudulent activity, this time to hide it from being connected to her its in her sons name and even using a fake address too.

I expect she has brought all these properties with the money she has stolen over the last few years.
If not they are probably rentals and she won't pass the rent on to the owners either.

How can she be stopped?

Morgan David JEAVONS-FELLOWS.
Son of Natalie JEAVONS-FELLOWS.

BEWARE - thieves!!

BEWARE! Read reviews before entering using services of Natalie Jeavons-Fellows.
Dishonest and concerning practice.
Money still owed to elderly couple who were told numerous times it would be refunded as per agreement.
Official recovery action taken and to the best of my knowledge correspondence is ignored.

Disgusting business practices

Disgusting business practices. Refund pending, gone through small claims court and still waiting first payment. Shocking business practices.
Lies, is full BS. Business practices sketchy.
Payments via a 3rd party as no business bank account (words from the horses mouth)
Not even sure its a legal under the money laundering act. Been trying to get our money for 15 month and not had our first payment yet.

Still owed a weeks rent and I doubt I’ll ever see it

This is going to be a long one, bear with me, I’m starting right from the beginning up to present day of an almost two year ordeal with this company.

I moved into a rental flat run by Gibson gammon roughly two years ago with no issue, I paid six months rent up front so did not need any checks or finance statements etc which worked for me. Very quickly we had damp issues with condensation on the walls around the windows which required the heating to be on full all day whilst having all the windows open. We soon realised that running an industrial dehumidifier 24hrs a day was cheaper than running the heating with the windows open…next the boiler started playing up, leaking water in the cupboard. This was quickly resolved by Natalie coming round with the plumber but I was told it’s an ongoing issue and would require more work another day. When the day was approaching I was asked if the plumber could come by alone, I obviously said no as I won’t be home, but if he would be supervised by the estate agent then I would leave my keys with them. After a bit of back and forth it became obvious he would be alone so I said no, I won’t be leaving a key under the mat and that it’ll have to be arranged for another day.
It never was… but I didn’t have any further issues with the boiler so I left it alone.
When the first six months was up, I was informed that I could pay another six months rent, or have the rent price go up by £100 a month, so I figured just pay it, I’ll be here longer than six months anyways.
Another quiet five months go by and I’m told it’s time to pay again, which is odd as I paid for six months and had to remind them of the date I moved in that actually I’ve got another month before I need to pay anything… also that I’m not sure I’m going to be staying a full six months so I’d like to just pay on a monthly basis for the time I’m going to be in.. Natalie sounded very understanding and assured me that as soon as I move out and they can get new tenants in, I would be refunded for the time I had overpaid. So again I went along with this and paid the next six months.
Roughly three months later I informed Natalie that I would be moving out and would have the flat ready by a set date. But I would be out and getting it cleaned and painted etc ready for the check out inspection a couple of weeks before. Also that any viewings that need to be done could be during that time if they wanted to.
Now I assume they had viewings but I never had any notification of these viewings just told that it would be really good if I could be out a day before the set date so the new tenants could move in that evening.

Now the real issues start, I asked how long it would be to get the deposit and overpaid rent to be returned to me, and was told “within 28 days” by Natalie.
So I waited around 34 days before asking again, I need this money to pay my new mortgage. The response was that she is on holiday and will sort it on her return.

I obviously continued chasing as this was impacting my finances, I don’t have a spare £1875 laying around.
It took weeks of chasing and suggesting legal action, followed by the owner of the company accusing me of harassment due to my messages (which were obviously sent in frustration and showing just how frustrated I was) before the deposit was returned to me. But no sign of the six weeks rent.
So i start chasing again, it’s becoming a joke, the “within 28 days” has already turned into two months and no sign of the overpaid rent, text messages and emails are consistently ignored or fobbed off. I’m told “I’ll chase this up for you” and then left to wait days before I message again to be told “you’re harassing me”
All I wanted was the money I am owed.

Eventually after roughly three months I received most of the overpaid rent, I am still owed a weeks rent which still needs to be paid. I’m told it takes a week to turn around a property which I understand may usually be the case, but I know from messages from the company owner that the new tenants were moved in the day after I confirmed everything was ready.

The company either wants to hold back money due to financial issues, or they just try this with everybody. I don’t know what the real issue is, but the effort it takes to make them pay their debts is amazing!

I am still owed a weeks rent and I very much doubt I will ever see it.

Baffling behaviour

Identical experience to other posters. Little real attempt to market property & not even a for sale sign. Refund promised but never delivered - it's always 28 days. Currently chasing through the small claims court, but GG have ignored the court order & hearing adjourned because they failed to attend court. I won't speculate about their motivation.

Unable or dishonest

Everything that could go wrong with this company, did go wrong.
Pricing the property badly and charging for advertising that wouldn’t get any interest. Then trying to charge us again when we wanted things updated. Its absurd!
Eventually got tenants in and the rent never arrives, excuse after excuse start and now we’re taking them to the small claims court for what we are owed.

Don’t get me wrong, they seem like lovely people, maybe they just don’t know what they’re doing and it’s all a massive misunderstanding, but it’s not worth trying to talk to them.

Don’t risk it! They aren’t to be trusted!

No idea what’s going on here

I think they have started to wind down and are trying to hold back money to disappear with. Whenever you are expecting rent from them, they find a reason not to pay it. I’ve now taken back control of my property as the “issues” were made up and the tenant was fine and paying, the company just wouldn’t pass on the rent. Natalie and Sophie are obviously scamming people recently.

Terrible communication when they owe…

Terrible communication when they owe you money. As soon as you start asking for your money back, they fall silent. Saying “28 days” but the time comes and goes and silence, you start asking again and either get ignored or told “it’s not my department”
Been owed thousands for months now and I’m told that I’m being unreasonable.

Look no further Gibson Gammon are the…

Look no further Gibson Gammon are the only estate agent we use when looking for new homes or rentals. Natalie's years of industry knowledge and experience really shows! Natalie ensures that every dealing you have with her company has that personal touch and that she goes the extra mile, which you simply don't get these days from your typical big corporate company's where you seem to be treated more like a commodity. I have great confidence in her ability to get the job done and on time. We will of course be using the services in the near future. Thanks again Natalie.
