I ordered a Jumbo 16×11 size puzzle received a 3×5 small paid $37 US
This company just reply back by saying they are in the mist of a bankruptcy! Sent out at least 15 emails they want to give me 15% off my next order... I will Never order from them!!!!!

Like the others. I ordered 3 LARGE puzzles and rec'd 3 6"x6" puzzles after waiting for months for delivery. Pieces are so small you can barely handle them. No answer to my emails requesting replacement. I paid with credit card - will followup to see if there is anything I can do thru them. DO NOT ORDER - a very similar advertisement keeps appearing in Facebook, under different names.... likely all the same. I don't believe that the "going out of business sale" is real.

I ordered six large puzzles, advertised they were "going out of business". I paid somewhere between $75-$100 for all six, but I was happy because they were lovely and my son-in-law is a jigsaw puzzle fan. It took more than 2 months to receive my order and they sent me six SMALL puzzles. I have reached out to the company for a refund in the difference in price. I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD. IT'S A SHADY OPERATION. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ever ordered anything from this despicable company. It's clearly nothing but a scam based in China to steal not only our money, but also to get personal and banking information. I've been sent 100's of unsolicited emailed and also they've been trying to hack through my other accounts. Don't order anything if it's coming from China.

I ordered puzzles that are 16x16 inches. Bought 3 for total of $53.09. Totally pissed when I saw what I got.
Company wanted to give me back $27.
I said no and the next day they wanted picture I sent them picture and their reply was they was sorry factory produced too many small puzzles and wanted to give me $20 back.
Beyond pissed now because from their response they had no intentions of fulfilling my order.
I escalated complaint to PayPal today.
What a terrible company!

What a crock of crap. They show you HUGE wooden puzzle pieces in a big box that you need two hands to pick up but what you get are microscopic pieces of crap in a flimsy plastic package.
They should be shot and pissed on.
I would expect this from the Chinese, but not from the UK, I don't think so. I thought they had more dignity.
So rather than open them up, I am sending them back.

Absolute rip off, expensive items advertised using a very sleek commercial, looks authentic and original idea goods - nothing like what you receive - no presentation box, just a small plastic cheap box with some tiny puzzle pieces that are also poor quality. I wish I had been wiser before purchasing as I thought they were from UK. I also think facebook should examine the products they are allowing to be advertised on their page!!!

Sent wrong stuff. Declined to give refund. PayPal no help.

I ordered 4 puzzles and got 4 ping pong size Jack Skellington face foam balls. Scam.

I would like to give this place a zero! I ordered the large puzzles and would you believe it’s no bigger than my palm or that my hand and my palm! For the amount of money that they wanted for this “large” Puzzle, do not purchase these puzzles I should have read the reviews first but I did not. What a waste of money

Count me in too. Ordered 5 puzzles off an ad from tiktok and haven’t received anything but a receipt. Have contracted Apple Card about the falsities and scam as well.

Expected large puzzles. Got very small puzzles with teeny, tiny pieces. It’s a total rip-off.

Only gave one star because that's the lowest. I bought a puzzle as a gift for someone. Thought it was the perfect gift. Even paid for express shipping. Its been 2 months and I still haven't gotten it. First, I just asked for my shipping charges to be refunded. They asked me to give it a few more days. Now they won't even respond to my emails and I have no idea how, or if, I can get my money back from them.

Same here, ordered three puzzles, received three baby tiny ones. Took 6 weeks until they were delivered and now I have spent 50 dollars on 3 baby puzzles. Be aware and DO NOT ORDER!

I bought a big and small puzzle during hot sale and was gifted another small puzzle as promotion. It was in USD so I thought they were from US. When my parcel came, inside were 3 small boxes of wooden puzzle and only 1 design is correct. Although I realized they were from China, I was still alright, however what made me angry was they sent the wrong design and the wrong size of the puzzle. I wrote to them and no response. This reflects badly on the company, the people and the country. As a Chinese, I am disgraced!

If I could give no stars I would. I bought an xlarge fox puzzle in March which cost me around $60. Received the puzzle today.. oommmgggg this is not what I ordered this is a mini puzzle. Is says 5a this is the worst buy ever.. I sent an email to dispute from the company and PayPal.

I wouldn't give Giant bee any stars if it were an option. They are a total scam. I ordered 4 puzzles at the end oof March 2021. End of April reached for a possible delivery. Their reply stated it had been delivered a couple of days earlier by USPS. I asked for a tracking number, which I received one. I took that to my local post office. They did a little research that that particular tracking number had been delivered to another name and address. The PO provided a letter stating just that. I forwarded it to Giant Bee asking for the correct tracking number. I got a reply that China Post was waiting for delivery. Not sure what that meant. I could never get a tracking number. Then poof a package arrives. It's 2 of the 4 puzzles I ordered. I again contact Giant Bee. No reply. So I reach out to PayPal and file a dispute. Because Giant Bee provided them with a false tracking number PayPal has sided with the seller. $115 for 2 teenie tiny puzzles. I as requested by PayPal filed a complaint with the FBI for internet fraud at ic3.gov which confuses me more about PayPal decision. Will close my account with PayPal. They don't need to make money off my internet transaction. Especially when they don't follow their own business philosophy.

Ordered 3 large puzzles and got 3 small A5 ones. Very disappointed. Customer service just sent the same replay to my emails, saying they are very sorry but they are having problems due to covid and hope I will understand. Offer 20% off next purchase! I emailed the other address and have had no response.

Giant Bee puzzles is a scam....You will receive tiny 4" puzzles instead of large 20"puzzles. I was really taken. I ordered 12 of these!

Ordered 6 puzzles with priority shipping. The invoice page had a shipping status that updated after 3 days showing shipped and a hotlink to the tracking. The hotlink was a sham one and went nowhere. Waited for a month and reported to Paypal (only reason I bought was because they accepted Paypal.. else I'd not have bothered). After 6 days, seller rsponded with one line showing Tracking #. Been 6 days and its still in China.
Paypal is the scam in this situation.
