GHT works within the pension sector to help locate pension holders with whom a pension scheme has lost contact. We work for major corporations as well as for pension trustees and administrators. Often the reason pension schemes loose contact with members is simply because the member has moved house without updating their contact details, moved abroad or some other simple reason which means that the contact details on file are no longer up to date. There are occasions when we are required to find the next of kin for a deceased member, often because there are benefits due to the survivors. Our work never requires traced members to divulge any personal information outside of their contact details and our fees are paid for by then pension scheme not their individual member. Once GHT establishes a members new contact details we pass these back to the pension administrator who will contact the member separately and our involvement ceases.

Not a scam - …
Received a tracing letter re a pension provider that had lost contact with me. The letter had all the ways that I could check to assure myself that it wasn't a scam.
Emailed them on Sunday and had a reply Monday morning.

Had the best experience with Glenn from GHT Travel taking us to Birmingham Airport and back for our girls’ holiday. So friendly and reliable, and made everything really easy and stress-free.
Such a nice surprise when he treated us to prosecco on the way to start the holiday properly 🍾😂
Couldn’t recommend Glenn enough, amazing service from start to finish. Will definitely book again!

When a letter arrived out of the blue…
When a letter arrived out of the blue regarding a pension belonging to my husband who passed a few years ago I was shocked and dubious/sceptical of scams.
I responded by email confirming nothing but information stated in the letter, confirming it was correct.
I received a reply stating they didn’t need any more details, passed on the pension information but advised the pension company will be in touch directly within the next month or so.

Was not expecting the letter I received about a pension that I had 40 years ago so was very pleased. Was sceptic at first but googled the company and saw it was legit and returned Janey's messages. Waiting to see how much this has all been worth the time! Thoroughly recommend.

I spoke with Janey at GHT Global. She contacted me regarding an unclaimed pension fund belonging to my late husband. She was warm and empathetic - and explained clearly what GHT do. I am now in conversations with the organisation who manages my husband's fund - which I'm incredibly grateful for.

They were very quick to reply to any queries that I had for them and the advisor that I corresponded with was very friendly and polite in her manner.
