I have order multiple patches and coins through the Ghost Patch team. My wife has ordered me patches through them as well. From the time I order, to the time they’re put on my wall, there’s clear communication. The customer service is top notch. I lost a couple of my patches during a move, and while they didn’t have the one I was most sad to lose in stock, they stated if they had one, they would have sent me one to replace it. The Ghost Patch team keeps raising the bar and has and will always deliver a superior product.

After several website orders and a few custom orders, I cannot recommend Ghost Patch enough. Always great quality and when they messed up my website order once, they fixed it immediately. A++++

After 17 orders at GhostPatch.com and six custom orders, I have nothing but great things to say about Ghost Patch. Everything is always on time and the best quality. Once I got sent the wrong item and it was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend.

SO DISAPPOINTED IN GHOST PATCH ENTERPRISES. WE HAVE SPENT OVER $100,000. ON GHOST PATCHES OVER THE PAST TWO (2) YEARS TO STOCK OUR POLICE-FIRE-EMS STORE IN FLORIDA THEY DO MAKE AMAZING HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS WEEK THEY PRESENTED A HUGE OFFERING OF PATCHES, COINS, SHIELDS AT 50% OFF AND EVEN 60% OFF. MY STORE STOCK JUST DROPPED IN PRICE BY $50,000. NOT A GREAT THING FOR A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, I AM SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY FOR BETRAYING THEIR RETAILERS.

Ordered two patches and received the wrong items entirely. I contacted Ghost Patch multiple times over the course of nearly a week and received no response whatsoever.

At this point, the most frustrating part is not even the shipping mistake — mistakes happen. It’s the complete lack of customer service and communication after the fact. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the issue before considering a BBB complaint and credit card dispute.

If you order from this company, just be aware that if something goes wrong, you may have a very difficult time getting anyone to respond.

When I provided the team with what I wanted, they took the time to get it just like I wanted. Product arrived when they said it would. They were a hit. I will be ordering more, and possibly something different. Thank you!

I have had multiple patches and coins made for my PD with Ghost Patch and have yet to be dissapointed. The quality of their patches is better than any I have seen elsewhere. Their coins are thicker and heavier than other coin companies and the designers at Ghost Patch know coins and what will look good. Tell them what you want and they will make it happen.

We designed our own coins and sent them the design. They took the pictures that we sent and turned-out coins that were fantastic. The prices and the quality of the coins was better than we expected. They made the design process super easy. They stayed in touch throughout the process. Again, the finished product was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Ghost Patch Custom.

Highly recommending these guys! We just got our order of Flex Shields in and they look phenomenal. Gjost Patches customer service throughout the process was top notch, even with me having to change a few things along the way before finalizing the order. We are already in the process of getting more ordered for more members of our department.

Our department use to order patches and coins from China and we were not happy with the quality of the products. We saw Ghost Patch was run by fellow Officers and gave them a try and they did not disappoint. We have made 15 coins, 20 patches, and multiple badges with them all without an issue. Our department along with myself have recommended a lot of people to this company and all were extremely happy with their orders.

Got our coins from them. Great quality! Working with Dan was a pleasure. He nailed the design and really exceeded our expectations. Every other vender we have used the prices were higher and the quality was less. We really appreciated working with Ghost Patch and will be back for our new badge project soon!

Completed a large custom patch order for our agency for our standard issue patches and a commemorative patch for our State LE softball tournament. We could not have been happier with the service and quality.

The patches were significantly much better quality and detail than our old patches. The price was cheaper also.

We will continue to use Ghost Patch for our 500 man department and highly recommend them.

We ordered coins and patches for our Shop with a Cop event. Fantastic quality and great customer service. The prices and the quality blew our old manufacturer out of the water. I could not recommend them enough.

Ordered a test run of 50 patches. They asked for the size dimensions needed. I provided them the requested dimensions and graphics file. Order was confirmed and I asked for a "proof" and was advised that one was not provided since I had provided the graphics. Patches took 5 weeks to arrive and I immediately realized the dimensions were incorrect. They had increased the size in both width and length. When I inquired, I was advised that due to the graphics file they were unable to make that size without "compression" of the patch.

If this is the case, why didn't they contact me and say so? I was very clear on the size we needed and they took the order. They made no offer to fix this error nor acknowledged the failure on their end to communicate the size change, just took the money and did what they wanted.

You don't have a number to call or speak to a live person, only a pseudonym name on the email, "Ghost ****". I wanted to do business with this company for several larger orders we had coming down the pipeline since they were "first responder owned", but with this customer service and abject failure on such a small order, I'll pass.

I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. Find a different vendor!

Order was 3 weeks later than promised. Misspelled our patch. Offered a 10% discount only. Customer service is trash and company is run by the thoroughly incompetent
