Scammers for sure

Scammers for sure. We purchased a Split King set that was promoted as 40% off the set - split bases and two twin mattresses. Frames are non-refundable.
we tried the mattresses for 3 weeks or so and decided we didn't want them. They are only giving us $166 for our refund. Saying they whole 40% discount comes off the mattresses. I am taking it to our state Attorney General as this has to be illegal. We paid nearly $1200 for the mattresses.
BTW - Temperpedic is a much better mattress

"Free" pillows never delivered and poor customer service

I ordered the luxe mattress with 2 free pillows. I could have ordered from others vendors but wanted the pillows so I placed the order directly with Ghostbed. I now regret it!
Mattress was ordered 6/19 with delivery due 6/21 but was actually delivered 6/22. The pillows are what I'm having issues with. It's now 8/11 and I still don't have pillows. Pillows were supposed to be delivered 6/24 and I live in a complex that has lockboxes. When I receive packages I get notifications via text and emails but did not receive a text message nor email. I contacted the lockbox company and the management company to give me access to the lockbox but there were no packages for me. And they have cameras but nothing was delivered in that timeframe. I contacted Ghostbed 6/24 via email but received no response. I called the following week and was told I'd receive an answer within 48 hours but still nothing. I called a week later and was promised that someone would escalate it to a manager. Every time I call I'm told that a manager would contact me directly but I'm having to be the one who follows up with a Ghostbed "customer service representative". Ghostbed DOES NOT CARE about their customers. If they did I would have results but instead, I'm fed with BS lies and empty promises. If customers were a priority they would have responded to my emails without me having to call.
STAY AWAY from GHOSTBED!!!

Bunch of unproffessionals

Bunch of unproffessionals. Ordered bed and got confirmation email for Saturday. buggers call me Thursday that bed is on way, while I am at work. Then they say Monday, come on will still be at work.

Useless company and bunch of nonprofessional crooks.

GhostBed Mattress Topper

I ordered the GhostBed Mattress Topper. It was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days and after a week I contacted the company. It finally arrived and upon opening it found it to have an overwhelming stench. I know mattress toppers need to be aired out a little, but the stench (not odor) coming off of this thing took over my house. After less than 2 hours I moved it to the garage and placed it on clothing racks so it could lay flat to air out. At day 10 it still smelled. Not as bad, as the stench did dissipate, but there was no way I would sleep on it. I contacted the company, asking for instructions on how to get rid of the smell or how to return it for a refund. The response I received was that they "never" had a complaint about any smells on their product and it was not refundable. Basically telling me too bad, so sad. At day 14 I sprayed half a bottle of Freebreeze on it and gave it a few more days. It was finally ready for use. I slept on it for 2 days and threw it away, IT IS GARBAGE!! A total waste of money. DO NOT buy this product!!

This company is terrible please don't…

This company is terrible please don't get scammed like I did.

Paid for a bed from this company. On first delivery the base was 2 sizes smaller than the mattress & incorrect model. I was advised to hold onto the mattress and my replacement base would arrive in 2-3 days. 5 days later & no sign of the base, I call company to be told it would arrive tomorrow.
I take another day off work, but again nothing!
I phone again to be told base will arrive in another 2-3 days.
I call on the morning of delivery for clarification to be told I'll have to rebook delivery as they have no booking for me?!?!?!

I rebook and complain as I've had to take several days off which I don't get paid for & will have to take more.
Now I have multiple fraudulent transactions on my account from the same area this company is based in!
I don't even live in the same country as these transactions!

Please DO NOT jeopardize your financial security buying from these criminals!

Here's my experience, I called to cancel and they said,
"You can't Cancel" so what can I do? She said you
have to refuse the FedEx delivery!! I am not home every day ALL day. so I contacted Fed Ex, they had already charged my credit card.........Bad New on that, as they had not even sent it out yet.
My response:

Here is FedEx shipping information, since you would not allow a cancellation
FedEx returned your Item as I refused to accept it.

That is what your customer service said to do. You had my money from June 1st, not when it shipped. I called FedEx when you said it was on it's way and there was only a shipping label created by you. Nothing had been picked up by FedEx until June 30th according to the FedEx Ground in Oceanside, I talked to Sandra.

So you had my Money and had not even shipped. This has happened to me before so now I never wait to file a Fraud claim on my credit card.

You were using my money without even sending out the Item,

BAD BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW, ALL OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANIES I DO BUSINESS WITH NEVER CHARGE THE

CREDIT CARD BEFORE SHIPPING OUT A PRODUCT. Working of other peoples money.

Even when you sent me a tracking number the FedEx did not even have the item for about 5 days..............

No good..................will not support your product and business practices. See my

Worth the Money

Ordering was a breeze, straightforward and so simple.
Only complaint there was I wish you could pick your own date for Delivery.
Products arrived, very easy to put together. Night 3 and I have never slept so good. Only issue was all instructions are in French, no english.
I would recommend this product.

Ghostbed is a scam

Ghostbed is a scam! My wife and I ordered the best quality that ghost bed had to offer, only to learn their service and product is subpar to other brands. After placing the order, we received the incorrect size pillows and bed protector that they never did replace. After assembling our new bed, we realized that after several nights of sleep that this was the worst bed we had ever slept on. Ghostbed makes you keep the mattress for 30 days before you can replace or receive a refund. During that time we slept on our couches in the living room just to get a decent night s sleep. Their money back guarantee is an absolute joke. After finding out their firm mattress is really not firm at all, we decided to return ours. This is where it really goes down hill. Customer service says they will put in ticket for manager to call back, still waiting for that call after 4 weeks. Customer service will hang up on you after you say you'll stay on the phone for a manager, then when you call back that agent will block your number. Buyer beware, Don't believe the amazing reviews on their site. You can find much better quality products for less money at Sam's Club and Mattress Firm. We would never recommend Ghost bed to anyone.

GhostBed is Dishonest and Gouges Customers

I contacted GhostBed to see if they would do a price match. The customer service representative informed me that she could not do a price match, however the Returns department had that ability. She then instructed me on how to submit a return request for a price match. The Returns department informed me that they do not do price matching, and they voided my sleep trial so that my mattress could not be returned. Now my wife has decided she does not like the mattress and we are stuck with it.

GhostBed gouges their customers with prices inflated way higher than resellers (e.g. Costco, Amazon), and those resellers do not void your return.

GhostBed is dishonest. Never buy a bed from them. If you want to try their beds then purchase it from a reseller.

Do not buy anything from GhostBed

Do not buy anything from GhostBed, their customer service is simply the worst I have ever dealt with, they lie on their webpage, they do not have friendly customer service, quite the opposite, they do not ship quickly, they say between two to five days to deliver, it has been five days for me and they just got the package to FedEx, estimated delivery day is five days from now, that's ten days. They do not have hassle free returns, they expect you to pay return shipping. Just the worst experience I have ever had.

Good customer service

My item arrived damaged and despite other reviews for the product saying that GhostBed won't refund, replace, or help you with the Foundation bed frame, GhostBed offered me a full replacement or a credit back to my credit card. Customer service was great and the foundation looks good.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered headboard brackets for my bed, and they did not fit my bed so I contacted the support centre, and they shouldn’t be called the “Support centre” because they don’t provide support. After many many months of back and forth regarding my brackets, they told me I received the wrong ones and will be sending me new ones. And hey, guess what, they did not give me an instructions booklet for it and now I don’t know how to install it. So I contacted them regarding that, and still no reply. My mom is a cancer patient and this bed and the TRASH customer service is worse than her having a non-adjustable base bed.

I literally hope these guys go out of business since they have no idea how to deal with customers and are filled with incompetent employees who do not deserve to be earning money.

No customer service at all!
Chating with a representative is worthless they deny all what is offered even in writing. Had to order the headboard brackets, regardless that the invoice states the shipping will be done in 2 days, took 3 weeks to be shipped. The money was collected at the time of the transaction.

Embezzlement Scheme!
I made two purchases with Ghostbed, one week apart. First order never came. Had to go through my credit card company, over 2 months after the original order.
Second purchase they sent the wrong mattress. I made them aware before I even opened it. They insisted I open and it was wrong. Followed their instructions 100%, to return it. After they picked it up, they told me that the "discount" given will be deducted from my return (what world does this make sense?). They embezzled over $500+ of my money and I've had to report them to the district attorney and file a civil case to get my money returned.

Terrible company ordered mattress and adjustable base in August What's Told if not satisfied 100% refund well i received the mattress was not satisfied with it was terrible so hard like sleeping on a board was toll to give it to a share profit that they sent Still have not received my refund Almost 2 months later they keep telling me their processing my refund how long does it take to process a refund when you have already donated the mattress have given proof that you donated it and still no refund do not trust this company not very good hate that I bought a mattress from them never will buy a mattress without trying again stay away from ghost bed. I have multiple emails from this company but still they cannot give my refund what's up with this .

This company does not listen

This company does not listen. I made an order and had to cancel less then 1h later. They refused to do it. I have to wait to receive the package then return it to get a refund minus 15% restocking fee + shipping (!!!). On top of that, they said because I initiated a return due an order error, their satisfaction policy is voided for my order. Good thing my credit card provider agreed with me that these terms are unacceptable. They said they will refund my transaction.

They claim top customer service. I've never had so much trouble buying something online before. Don't buy from this company!

Terrible off gassing and foam smell that lingers

Recently purchased the Ghost Pillow based on other reviews. Everything is great except it smells like old straw from a barn that was left in the rain for a month and brought ack in to dry. The company says “scents vary person-to-person” and essentially just air it out. I’ve had experience with many higher end pillows with this foam - nothing this bad! Cannot even sleep on it - street clear!

Ghost bed deserves 0 stars, but not an option here. They are the absolute worst company to deal with. I never received part of my order and have been trying for over a week to reach someone. If I do and when they find out I did not receive my order, they say oh, I'm not in that department and hang up. I have asked for someone in management to make contact, CRICKETS. I even did the work for them and contacted fed ex, got the case # for the lost package, and they still have not re-issued my item, made contact, or given me an update on what is happening. 10 days! And counting! I finally contacted capital One and asked for help. Thankfully they said I was covered. They refunded me and said they were going to try and contact ghost bed. They lie. They have a recording that states they "monitoring every shipment closely".. Umm, I had to contact them and tell them it was lost... They " Guarantee customer satisfaction ".... Ummm, I cannot reach anyone, reach anyone that can help, or even get a response of any capacity. But, they can dial my number by accident, ask for someone else and say " I heard you wanted to upgrade your bed? " I said, WHAT?!? I never received my adjustable base, that's why I'm calling. Their response? "Oh, story. Bye! " Really? I so wish I read these reviews before ordering. I also filed with the BBB. Next stop, getting Costco to stop carrying their brand. My advice, Go to a Helix. I had one and going to order from them again. I bagged up this hunk of junk and sent an email that they can pick it up at the end of my driveway. That will be the email they respond to, or not.
