the product itself is perfect, seriously flawless. but having to register on the app just to use it is a pain. annoying hurdle.

Actually impressed with how well the box was packed. Didn't feel cheap or rushed at all. The labels on the parts made setup way easier than I thought it'd be. Solid start.

Plug arrived on time and functions fine. The instructions could definitely be better though took me a couple tries to get it right.

Managed to get the smart light switch SW5 up and running in under 15 mins. Big plus that I didn't have to go digging for extra tools.

fingerprint lock is stable now but the initial setup was a drag. Took way longer than I thought. Not exactly plug and play, but it works.

Emailed support regarding a setup query for the smart plug. They got back to me the next day with a clear answer. no running around in circles.
