Takes too long to send xbox gift card codes. I'm really frustrated as you can't contact anyone. I will never buy from here again!!!

I tried to purchase a NZ eShop card from this store but Jacob, the owner of the store, said that they do not accept payments from PayPal or debit/credit cards that are not local to NZ. I have a New Zealand region locked Nintendo 3DS and I live in the USA. Nintendo no longer allows to add funds using a credit card so my only option is to buy New Zealand eShop cards. Obviously, they are not available here so my only resource is to buy them directly from a New Zealand store, such as Ggstore.

Why make PayPal an option on your website when you won’t even honor it. That’s a terrible business practice if you ask me. Fortunately, I was able to go with PlayTech NZ and they were very accommodating. They accepted my U.S. debit/credit card for payment and sent me a digital code to use, which worked and got what I needed for my Nintendo device.

Do not do business with Ggstore. Jacob is absolutely not accommodating. Do business with his competitors instead and he’ll see where the money flows to. It won’t be to his coffers.

At least my payment was refunded in full as I’ve read the other reviews stating that they paid and didn’t even receive their digital code. So, I’ll give you one star for that. 😏

Same as below, never had problems before, but been over a day now and no digital codes sent. There have been a flurry of recent complaints about this store all over net so the best thing to do is stay away, things like this happen when stores start doing the runners with our cash, I've counted this as a loss, but hey, i won't be having a problem again because I won't be back. Hopefully you don't fall into the trap aswel.

Kinda concerned with the reviews im seeing, ive previously purchased through ggstore.co.nz and ive had a same day response with codes being sent straight away to email provided but i ordered again yesterday and havent heard anything back at all which is worrying considering the previous dealings ive had…

Ordered digital Psn top up which is supposed to be emailed almost instantly and never received it. After emailing and Facebook messaging with no response I'm still sat waiting to see what happens. They have no phone number so you can't call. I know why cuz they don't wanna deal with it. Unless piles off poo. Stick to mighty ape or ebgames.

Ggstore were terrible to deal with, possibly the worst encounter with a company ever. Firstly they don’t respond well, secondly after I send them an email saying how long does their process take, their first and only reply is ‘don’t buy from us again!’ and lastly they sent me incorrect codes for the gift cards I purchased (which they amended only after I nagged a bit, but I did spend a lot of money). Overall would not recommend anyone to shop there.

I bought 3 Nintendo switch games for my daughters birthday from this company over 3 weeks ago.

After numerous emails to Ggstore (there is no contact phone number!) where I asked for a refund as I had missed my daughter's birthday I was told I couldn't receive a refund until I sent the games back to them!

Today the parcel eventually arrived but one game is missing. Do not use this company. You will end up tearing your hair out like I have. I will stick to Mighty Ape next time. Expecting (hoping) for a refund asap for the missing game.
