Brilliant company and people
Brought a pc from them after being apart of their giveaway site but despite having many insta wins had no luck with the pc. After a chat which was very honest and informative brought the pc at a very competitive price and know they are worth be call away if there is any issues

Stunning build using quality parts

I had a problem with the PC that I won on GG giveaways, it was however built by GG builds. After having the problem for well over a month I decided to contact them via the website, I could still use the computer it just took a while to get started. Within a hour I had someone on the phone and trying to help with the problem.

After realising that it was a bit more technical than my abilities they was very apologetic and decided to send me a whole new computer!! The next day I had a new computer, I set it up and then packaged the old one ( probably had only 60 hours of use) in the packaging and sent it back with the pre paid label.

In all the years of gaming I have never heard of this! I had zero hours downtime of not having a computer. I can't thank the team enough and this one experience has made me a GG builds customer for life.

Wow what service 1 week from ordering my bespoke pc to receiving it , Ross was Brillant went above and beyond, even spec it better for the same price I wanted a all white pc and that’s what I got . These guys are Brillant could not recommend them more.

Received an nVidia RTX 5080 build PC from Jordan @ GG Builds. Jordan is a joy to communicate with, delivery was fast and the device is very good.

I recently ordered a custom-built PC from GG Builds UK, specced with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an Nvidia RTX 5080 – an absolute powerhouse of a machine. The build quality is fantastic, and the performance so far has exceeded my expectations across the board.

On arrival, there was an issue with the power supply – likely caused during transit. But what truly impressed me was the speed and quality of support. Within 30 minutes of reaching out, I received a phone call from their team to help diagnose the issue. Once we confirmed the problem, I was sent a tracking number for a replacement (and actually upgraded) power supply just 5 minutes later – all free of charge.

When the new PSU arrived, I swapped it in, and the PC has been running flawlessly ever since.

GG Builds have been exceptional throughout – responsive, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a company this committed to aftercare and making sure customers are genuinely happy with their purchase.

I received my very first Pc from Gg builds it was the 4080 super model and it is an absolute beast , the pc was delivered very quickly, was packaged great and ready to rock and roll straight out of the box. This made it very easy for me, as im a new pc gamer, having there warranty makes it stress free also . Owned for a couple of months now and never skipped a beat , it can handle any game i through at it. Great company

Jordan and the team are top drawer, highly recommend GG builds if you are in the market for a top end pre-built or custom machine. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with my RTX5070 which plays all the latest games in epic graphics mode 👍

Really great guys! the build was really top notch they really done good job on the packaging for the delivery cable management was great and their support is superb! I would recommend as they put alot of work and effort and service for it so we can be happy and enjoy the the builds from them planning soon to get another gaming pc for my little brother to enjoy if i get money left over and will go with GGbuilds!

Messaged them with my ideal spec and price range, replied very quickly, discussed options and got building ASAP. Very communicative throughout the process including to let us know testing. When the fans werent optimised they adjusted the build to make it ice cold. PC runs a dream and have had 0 issues with it. Received the PC within a week! Definitely will be using these guys again!
