The golf bag carrier does not hold the bag properly. The bottom support is not in line with the top and it causes the bag to lean back. The bottom platform is also too small and does not support the bag causing it to shift around.

Your instructions were incorrect and led to a destructed part. I have an EZGO TXT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO INSTALL THE GROMMETS FIRST AND THEN THE WINDSHIELD. You DO NOT have enough room to get over the flipping second grommet. THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD HAVE SAID ATTACH THE GROMMETS TO THE WINDSHIELD WITH THE CLIPINS INSTALLED AND THEN SCREW IN THE GROMMETS. Now because of your instructions i have a destroyed part!!!!

Y’all did great. I called to make sure what I was buying would fit my cart. I talked to Devin, he asked me to send pictures of my top and track he got back to me with in a minute letting me know that the double take cover would fit my card. I ordered it immediately! Thank you. Also with out you having the option to buy through a firm this purchase would not be possible, my wife would not allow me to spend that kind of money this close to Christmas! Thank you. I sure hope your product is quality!

I called and talked to Ryan at ExtremeKartz twice on 11/20/2024. Ryan was super helpful in helping me decide what I needed without trying to oversell me.
