Do not sign up to this betting site - I have been waiting for two weeks now for a withdrawal. Any contact has been an automated fob off from an AI bot, can’t seem to speak to a human.
After digging a bit deeper and looking at the finances of the holding company, Rednines Gaming on Companies House, they are in dire financial straits. £14m in the red, obviously about to go bust. Which makes sense why they can’t payout any withdrawals.
I notice there are many other customers who are having the same problem. I have raised a complaint to the company and also the gambling commission, it’s a disgrace they are allowed to take customer deposits knowing they can’t afford to payout any winnings.

I managed a chargeback because they have denied 2 of my withdrawals. For obvious reasons i thought this is a scam so i asked for a chargeback. Now they suspended my acc and took my money with it.
How can these sites be legal? My bet is that they are not right GG? Pros
1. Greatest for slots gaming, tons of variety with different slot gaming providres, unlimited fun with almost any game you want. Its my go to place for playing slots - have won a couple of times and is friendly with your own currency.
2. Good on esports betting.
3. Really good bonuses, weekly and others.
Cons
1. Transactions were easy to submit and receive but recently it has been a pain. With a technical limit of 1,100 usd per transaction (this limit did not existed previosul) it hinders if your balance is higher than that. I'm currenntly holding 60+ transactions unsolved.
2. Followed up with this is on recent weeks, it has been a pain to receive withdrawals. With extended wait times that did not happened before. So with points 1 and 2 if you score a great win, it is way to difficult to have it withdrawed fast.
3. Finally, customer support is great and very kind, but they do not have any leeway to act or help when situations come up, so they stick to scripted answers which really don't help on user experience (not lashing out on the cs team, they are trying their best), it is difficult to escalate a matter to someone else if you need additional helo (my case, having quite a balance and not being able to withdraw it or talk to a company representative to set an agreement on my funds)
If these 3 points are solved, the site is a 5 out of 5, in the mean time, they are getting deducted for my last user experiences.

Made withdrawl request on 12th Nov and ive been chasing the company every day since then. All I get is a template response saying, its currently under manual review. Has any one been able to receive their withdrawls?

1. KYC Verification - the system they have is awful. Having to send a photo with your account number and ID to get a $500 withdrawal is wild. I have heard some horror stories from others that have had their money locked. I eventually got my withdrawal after sending 5+ pictures to support that they deemed too "blurry" or "unreadable." I've never seen anything like this with any other website.
2. Withdrawal Policy - GG.BET has a 2X deposit wager requirement, this means that if you deposit $100 you have to wager $200 worth of bets or you will get a 20% commission taken of your withdrawal. You are already playing with a house edge, this is just greedy.
3. Identity - GG.BET doesn't do anything particular well - If you are looking for a crypto casino, stake, shuffle, roobet, BC.Game are all better platforms. If you are looking for sportsbook, bet365, Fanduel, Draftkings are all better. If you are looking for an esports specific sports book, Thunderpick, BC.Game, Stake are all miles ahead. GG.BET doesn't excel in a niche and is just mediocre on all fronts.
Final Review: 2/5 - I like the app and I like the website structure, odds are good and better then most sites, bet selection on sport events leave a lot to be desired.

Weeks of Delays for Small Withdrawals – Not Trustworthy
Verification is only possible with major hurdles and a lot of patience.
My withdrawals were small amounts — first €100, then another €100, and now €400 — with total deposits roughly the same. Even for such small sums, the process has taken far too long. For almost three weeks now, they’ve been stalling me with bullshit messages claiming that withdrawals are processed in order. Everything supposedly according to regulations and security procedures. GGbet is trying to push customers into canceling their withdrawals and gambling the money away again, and they are obviously having serious payment issues.
